Upper Ohio?

Is there an Upper Ohio NPC competition this year? I looked and didn't see anything but I could be wrong. I had a few friends that were going to compete at that and then Pittsburgh the week after, but i have yet to see anything about the ohio competion.

I think you are talking about the NPC Natural Ohio. It is April 4th in Lakewood

The NPC Upper Ohio Valley is the week before the Pittsburgh every year. For some reason it is never shown in the NPC contest schedule. Contact Rick Bayardi for information. I know some people getting ready for it so I know it is happening this year.

Yup, it is removed from the NPC schedule online too. Money is tight these days. Have them check out the Natural Buckeye Classic on 4/25 (see my signature).
