If there is anyone who has a list of all the shows in NY that would be great, i think i want to do the atlantic states along with one in east islip i think. And any good posing trunks that are under 50. Thanks guys

If thats you at 13 weeks out and 17 years old.. you are on an awesome track.. and i wish you the absolute best of luck. You look great. Now spend some money on a good trainer who knows his ****, to make it all worth while! :).

got a trainer whos actually i friend of mine, hes 30 and hes about mark alvisis size, hes the biggest guy at my gym, and very strong, if he competed in the npc hed probally be like the 4rd best light heavy. Hes doing my training for free. so i guess im lucky. anyway can someone recomed a good tanning product does everyone use protan?

congrats on your trainer, I hired one as well, he competed at nationals last year but i cant mention his name. I paid him, but not a lot. He brings a lot of guys into shows at my gym, its a real hardcore gym. Everyone has came in spot on with him. He actually brings a guy who is on the verge of winning his pro-card at super heavies.

Awesome! I would love to meet you! I will not be hard to pick out, picture a 5`1 person up on stage, I'll be right there:).
Not sure what weight class, I'm holding steady pretty dry right now at 169, wanted to get to lightweights, but unless I piss 10 pounds of water, I doubt that:(. NO welter-weight kills me, because middleweights is a big jump!

Weigh in's are 8am:(. I can post a pic at 5 weeks out, I am not 3.5 weeks out. There is a huge difference in my appearance now from these pics i can assure you that. I am much much much dryier and harder thanks to letro.
