Finaly we have a training journal section :D
I will post my daily nutrition and training that I get done. My goal is to eventually be a fcuking fighter :)...(seriously though) This will help me stay dedicated.
Input appreciated.
Short term goals -
Have a few Amature Muay Thai fights.
Attend a few No-Gi Jiu Jitsu tournaments.
Get Stronger, Faster, and in overall better shape.
Long term goals -
Have an amature MMA fight.
Drop down to 175(fighting weight will be 170)
Have a pro MMA fight

Nutrition -
Meal #1 - 2 eggs(poached),1 dry brown toast, 1/2 banana, 1 cup milk.
Meal #2 - 4 Oz. roast beef on whole wheat bun, yogurt, 1/2 cup mixed fruit, 1 cup carrots.
Meal #3 - Oats w. 2 tbsp peanut butter, 1 cup milk.
Meal #4 - Spring mix salad with sole fillets(fish)
Supplementation -
Meal #1 - 2 fish oil caps, 2 multi vitamins, 2 glucosamine cap.
Meal #2 - .................................................. ............
Meal #3 - 2 BCAA caps, 2 fish oil caps, 1 glucosamine cap.
Meal #4 - .................................................. ...............
Water = 1 gallon.
Weight training -
Bench Press - 5x5(80% of 1RM)
Squat - 5x5
Dumbell Snatches - 5x5(each arm)
Leg extensions - 5x5(heavy weight)
Leg curls - 5x5(heavyweight)
Chinups - 5xfail
MMA class - 6-8:30(6-7 Muay thai, 7-8:30 no-gi BJJ)

Nutrition -
Meal#1 - 3 eggs, 1/2 cup mushrooms, 1/4 cup green onions, small piece of cheese(made an omlet).
Meal#2 - Hamburger and rice(forgot my lunch at home so had to fast food :()
Meal#3 - Whole wheat pasta and sauce with shrimp. 1 cup strawberries.
Supplementation -
2 fish oil caps, 2 multi vitamins, 2 glucosamine cap.
in the morning.
1 gallon of water.
Training. I didn't have alot of time today at the gym so I didn't do too much.
-10x30 meter sprints with little rest.
-1 minute on bike then sprint 30 meters(x3)
-A bit of bag work(mostley kicks)
-Weight training circuit(upper body)(only for maybe 5-10 minutes)

those are some good goals brah.. ill do my best to get you out of red after a few logs are posted
mine are very similar, wish i started at your age
edit: also workin with a kettle ball helps out a lot too

Nutrition -
Meal#1- 2 eggs, 1 dry brown toast.
Meal#2- 4 oz pork(lean) with brown bread(sandwich),1 tangerine, 1/4 cup mixed fruit, 1 cup carrots, 1 yogurt.
Meal#3- 8 oz. pork(lean), rice, an orange, 1/2 grapefruit.
Supplementation -
2 fish oil caps, 2 multi vitamins, 2 glucosamine cap.
in the morning.
Training - MMA class from 6-8:15(1 hour muay thai, 1:15 hour no-gi BJJ)
EDIT: and as always, 1 gallon of water.

Nutrition -
Meal 1-2 eggs, english muffin.
Meal 2-2 tacos
Meal 3-fish,rice,veggies.
Supplementation -
2 fish oil caps, 2 multi vitamins, 2 glucosamine cap.
in the morning
Training - Had a good endurence/explosivness workout today.
-5 mins Jump rope
-Box Jumps-3x5
-Clap pushups-3x5
I did a little weight endurence thing (25 reps, low weight)
Barbell curls
Upright rows
Military press
Leg press
Leg extensions
Leg curls
Bench press
Shoulder press
Tricep extensions
30 second Sprints X5 with 1 minute jogging in between.
