I will be using each day to do a full body workout, using a different repetition aim each session, for 3 sets of each exercise. Each session will include 30minutes of cardiovascular training (in 3x 10min sets, due to current poor level CV fitness!).

EXERCISES:
Shoulders: DB Shoulder Press
Back: Seated Row Machine
Chest: DB Bench Press
Legs: Squats
Biceps: Barbell Curl
Triceps: French Press

REPS:
Monday: 20RM
Tuesday: 16RM
Wednesday: 12RM
Thursday: 10RM
Friday: 8RM
Saturday: 6RM
Sunday: 4RM

3 sets of each exercise. I plan on supersetting them with a low intensity isolation exercise of the antagonistic pairing.

I dont get to the gym everyday due to child care & shift work, so i was finding i was missing body parts due to the split routine, atleast this way ill only miss the rep aim.

its not very logival to try and weight train, take classes, and lift every day...
