easy set...i am finding the weight to not really be an issue but the added volume is murder. My conditioning is crap and as the session dragged on i was starting to really get worn down.

thanks bro...sheiko is awesome im running the first 4 week prep portion of the 9 week cms/ms cycle but i am following the society of strength template which i will repeat again then run a 4 week westside split then the full 9 week cycle to peak for a meet in june

Agreed, the weight isn't the issue, it's just the mental and physical drain from the insane volume.

thanks man i am hoping to be able to pull out a win but i may actually have to postpone my meet till junior nationals in june instead of collegiates bc of a nagging shoulder injury that is holding back my squat.

and for your shoulder look into cissus quadrangularis

i am actually taking the true protein brand cissus less pure but way cheaper. It is the most god awful tasting stuff lol.
