I'm on my third can of AP and I've taken about a month off between each can. Problem now is that my pumps are nothing compared to what they used to be when I used AP for the first time (still feel the pump, but its not much). Should I stop using it for a couple months? Or should I just switch to another NO supplement for now and go back on pump later on? Any suggestions?

Also a side question, I bought a bottle of NO2 Black (pill form) last June (stopped using it once I tried AP). Anyway, I looked everywhere for an expiry date on the bottle but can't seem to find one. Does this stuff expire within a year or would I still be able to use it?

with the pump you do not ever have to cycle off of it. what i always do is take the red pill (stimulant) out on non workout days so my body doesnt build up a tolerance to the stimulant and stop responding to it. then on workout days take 2 of the red pill. i realize this isnt directly correlated with the actually pump but it will help a lot with energy. as far as your pump problem just go to gnc and buy a bottle of l-arginine and take 3-4 of those with your AP before your workouts.

You answered your own question. On the 3rs can you have just become too attenuated to the product for it to work anymore. Switch to something else preworkout instead.

Yeah i guess i'll be switching onto something else for a little while and then try AP again..too bad though AP was an amazing product.

Anyone know anything about the NO2 Black expiry date? The bottle i have is pretty much full..i figure it would be a waste to throw it out but i don't want to use it if it's expired..

Stay away from it if its been opened for more than three months there are some really Fuked up things that can happen

Good enough response for me. Guess i'll be buying something new in the next few days.
