View Full Version : Advice on new Ab workout

I been following the Rippetoe workout for about 1 month now. I found the workout doesn't really works the Abs much. So I came up with a small Abs routine. It's will be my first time working out, so I don't really need any hardcore routine. This is what I came up with. What are you opinions?

Regular Crunch 3 X 8
Captain's Chair 3 X 8
Decline Crunch 3 X 8
Bicycle Crunch 3 X 30 seconds
