Or damn near it.
Here is my log guys, decided to cut last night so I'm starting today.
My starting weight is 191.5 pounds, I am 5'8 and estimating myself to be 15-16% bf.
My diet is similar to Shugart's velocity diet, but through past experiences with the v-diet I've been able to mess with it and improve it for myself. The diet consists of mostly protein shakes, completely eliminating carbs and fat other than fiber, postworkout carbs, and loads of fish oil. I will shoot for around 225-250g of protein a day. (Last time I did 1g/1lb and lost weight wayyy to fast -- 17 lbs in 21 days)
I'm trying something new for my workouts this time, a 3-day split with heavy lifts. I know that I can't gain mass while cutting weight but I'm going to try my hardest to gain strength as long as all goes as planned.
I'll be posting my full-days diet everyday, as well as my workouts and morning and bedtime weight.
As far as the diet goes here is what I have:
MuscleTech NitroTech for preworkout (payed $18 for 5lbs)
GNC L-Carnatine for preworkout (payed $2 for 30 servings)
Scivation Xtend for intraworkout (bought on wheycheap ages ago)
GNC Wheybolic Extreme 60 for postworkout with NOW dextrose (got 75% off)
German American Technologies JetFuel for fat loss (payed $12.49 for 120 caps)
GNC Vitamin C 500 for fat loss (3x a day)
GNC Soloday multivitamins (2x a day)
Cheap Fish Oil (6+ caps a day, more on nonworkout days)
GNC Omega Complex (2 a day)
South Beach on the go packs (2 a day, 5g fiber 3g protein each with no sugar)
I also have 6 12 packs of Isopure and 2 12 packs of GNC 50 Gram Slam, I payed less than ten dollars for each of these 12 packs. Working at GNC is great lol, I got over 500 dollars worth of products for just over 100. I will also be eating lean chicken breasts and ham on occasion to help keep my sanity.
