yes that is another motivation...i will be transitioning from moderate carbs (200g) for the first 3 weeks to back to the Palumbo diet for the last 3 weeks

Good call, we know you love your carbs, so starting out with them will be a good thing, and slowly dropping them. Your wise man, and I think this is the best way for you.

Don't let it get ya down. Just get back on track tomorrow. I used today as my first cheat meal in 2 weeks. So very worth it. Yeah superbowl is all about getting good finger foods and watching the game.

Update from Josh --- His computer died on him and his motherboard fried, so he will be away for a couple days until it is fixed. Hes still working out and trying to keep onto his diet, but will be back soon

Holy hell am I taking a **** ton of fawking pills a day :D. I don't mind though because I know there is a good reason. Intra-Aid tastes good and I am really into Blue Razz flavorings. As for the Torrent, I am liking the Green Apple but need a lighter taste after my workout so I think I will start adding more water. Pump is straight insane and I love the stim effect. I would say its similar to Clear Shot.
Workout Thoughts:
Day 1-4 I hit Chest, Back, and Legs. I didn't fawk around with the big muscle groups.
Threw up the 100's for sets of 8 on flat bench. Was a bit tired after that but got the 90's in the incline for sets of 8.
Back I worked up to 495 for Rack Deadlifts for 5 reps. Felt like an army test when i got 23 reps for pullups...ya'rly
Legs you all know the story about the knee surgery but I work them hard and worry about the pain later. Worked up to 275 for 8 reps ass to the grass.
Diet Comments:
I am hungry a lot but I am trying to keep carbs around the 100-200 mark. Protein is from chicken/tuna/shakes and around 300 grams. Fat is primarily from PB (I am not scared of salmonella)

I have gotten quite used to swallowing 5-7 pills at a time. As for results I am starting to notice some slight differences in my workouts but nothing too note just yet. If you have followed my logs before you know that I don't jump to conclusions on the products I test to give them a fair grade. I am also not a "fan boy" of any company so even though I am a rep I try and tell it like it is to the point I don't get banned :D
Workout Thoughts:
Day 5-7 I hit Arms and Shoulders. I also have been trying to do 45-60 minutes of cardio on my "off days"
Arms felt good...worked in supersets of a bicep exercise then a tricep one. Nothing much to add about weight because I was worried about getting in good contractions.
Shoulders have been sore lately so i have been doing a good majority of raises instead of the usually presses. I still feel I am working them sufficiently with volume.
Diet Comments:
The diet is starting to get easier because I have not set a strict meal plan. I eat super clean but my food choices are not fixed just my macro nutrients. I am trying to keep carbs around the 100-200 mark. Protein is from chicken/tuna/shakes and around 300 grams. Fat is primarily from PB (I am not scared of salmonella)

I am really hoping with continuous use of Flex my joints/injuries will start feeling better. Right now I am battling a surgically repaired knee, sore right shoulder, and sore left elbow. I guess the more I update regularly the more I will try and make specific comments on a single product a day to keep from making you all ready huge paragraphs.
Workout Thoughts:
Day 8 I hit Chest. The gym was a bit packed for "international chest day." Not big deal I just adapted my workout. I have learned that having a set list of exercises doesn't work all the time and usually going off of feel is better.

Ohio is extremely warm the past few days...60's but once you get here it will be back to the frigid weather...maybe your bad luck ;)

Intra-Aid will be discussed a bit today. As many of you know I am a big fan of Intrabolic and consider the owner of AEN a friend. That fact will not bias my thoughts of Intra-Aid. I will say that the formulas are almost identical besides a few differences. I do like the taste better of Intra-Aid and I enjoy the cost per servings because its cheaper (poor college student). As for results, I have not noticed anything different to note between the products. I will continue to monitor this fact.
Workout Thoughts:
Just plain old boring cardio. 20 minutes of interval training on the treadmill and 20 minutes interval training on the stair mill. Needless to say I was sweating like a crazy man.
Diet Comments:
Been grubbing on a lot of low carb tacos. Got some whole-wheat wraps that only have 10 carbs (7g fiber). They taste great so it has been a good change to the diet.

well until yesterday :mad: I had plans to head to panana city beach, FL but our group had some issues and some people backed out...needless to say we decided to cancel instead and scrambling to find more people to fill the spots :(

I opted not to go on spring break since a) I'm not 21 until may, i'd rather save my money for a badass trip later in the summer, and b) When spring break rolls around, I'll only be about a week into my cut. Flex. I been using this for a few weeks before the log started and have only seen a slight decrease in joint pain. I consider myself to be a hard trainer and have some nagging sports injuries. I have used joint supplements off and on for a bit but never long term. I have enough flex for 3 months so after that I should get a good gauge if i need to see a doctor about a few things.
Workout Thoughts:
Back workout was rough. I did about 5 sets of pull-ups. After that worked up to 455 on rack deadlifts. Quickly worked in some barbell rows and more pull-ups in a super set. Finished the workout with one arm rows with the 100's and called it a night. The night two days were off days due to a evil graduate class that had a paper due. The two were actually great though because I was able to rest some of my injuries.
Diet Comments:
Been too dependent on shakes lately because of a crazy schedule. Plans have changed also because of no more spring break. I started to increase the carbs so I can gain some weight back. I am about 173 now which is 10 pounds less then around the holidays.

Pump. I enjoy the formula of this product. I also sometimes get sick of slamming tons of drinks each day to get what i need preWO. This product does have a decent amount of pills but its worth it. I like the antioxidants also.

Woke up a bit late yesterday and didn't want to rush to the gym on an empty stomach. I ended up doing shoulders and some circuit training cardio in my basement. I have a good amount of equipment down there so my workout was solid. I did have to do quite a bit of raises but i actually enjoy them more than presses sometimes because of my sore shoulder.
Diet Comments:
Finished off the delicious cookies. I had a good amount of protein yesterday because pops cooked some steaks so I grubbed hardcore. I am curious to see what I weight now that I added the carbs back into my diet. I look a lot fuller in the mirror so I am sure it will equate to a pound or two on the scale.

i was around 150-200...now its closer to 300....
i like the torrent...i have started to mix more water with it so its a lighter flavor after working out...i have trouble slugging down heavy drinks after a workout

Torrent. I like the formula but I do not love it. My biggest complaint is the lack of protein (but that is my complaint for much postWO formulas). I do like the addition of leucine and taurine. I wish the major component of carbs came from waxy maize, as my body tends to respond well to it.
Workout Thoughts:
Legs on Monday was hell. I did 6 sets of squats and 4 sets of single leg presses. I then did a good amount of iso work on the extension and curl machines. My right hammy has been cramping up lately at the end of the workouts and I am not sure why due to be stretching a good amount.
Diet Comments:
Diet has been boring the last 2 days so nothing fun to talk about. I did eat a piece of pizza the other day :mad:.

Strong diet :D. Just fit it into your macros your still dealing with carbs so no big deal bro. If your cramping toss in a banana pre-workout with whatever you eat and get some potassium in you or get some potatoes into your diet for the bulk of your carbs.

i did eat a banana :(....i think it may be a complication from my surgery...they took a part of my lower hammy to make my ACL and I believe it didn't heal correctly

Legs are still ****ing sore from Monday. I had one hell of a time sitting down with the dumbbells for chest. I did a good majority of upper chest work this evening. I have no real set list of exercises but go basically off of feel. I really like this style of training. I do have a core set of things I like to hit but then i let one of two things change each week.
Diet Comments:
Back to the grind of the diet. I had nothing of the cheat variety except for cheese but that is allowable due to not having any PB left....time to hit the store.
