I know this is a trainer's thread, but I wasn't sure where to post this. I'm looking for someone who would be willing to work with me online to help me reach my goals. I'm really motivated and just need some guidance. Thanks!

I dont know if you are looking for a certified trainer..but I am currently working on recieving my certifications from nasm and I work with 2 of my co-workers and my mom over the internet in there training..lemme know if u want my help

I can also offer my help as i work with a lot of girls preparing them for fitness and bbing competitions.
My gf is also a national competitor and helps me in some areas.
