Hi guyes, this is my 1st post here so please dont flame if i did anything wrong.
What i need to do is gain muscle and lose weight.
About myself:
6ft, 215lb
Play soccer or hockey (goalkeeper) atleast 1h/day
Didnt had a real Body Fat test yet, but online calculators tell me betwen 14-20%.

I m on Atkins Diet.
Using Ripped Hardcore by NXlabs fat burner ( 2x2 daily)
Nitro Tech hardcore protein post-workout.


This is my new log , i will start it next monday (2feb)

* The log "template" i found was kinda small, so it took 2 of them for 1day . I added the exercises names in fireworks.

Ive tried to name all the exercises by their real name, i "personalized" some names a bit so i dont forget what they are.

I m working alot the abs and lower part because that's where i got alot of fat (i got a huge ass lol)


Please tell me what you think and what i should improve.
