Today i was deadlifting after squats, went to pull the bar up and felt both ham strings tighten really hard. They still kinda hurt, I can walk but there is some discomfort.
There is anything I can do to ensure i can walk the next morning?
I stretched before and have been stretching on and off after my crappy workout.
