Attempting to be 175 by the end of this school semester, then cutting. Ima do dis buddy.

Bench Press ~270/ 315
I don't squat any more due to my back getting so bad I could barely walk for days after I squatted, havent deadlifted in ages.. but I leg press and do lower back lifts.

Weigh 161 at time of posting this, approximately 12 % BF

Sitting DB Curls 35 40 45 x 14
One hand pulldowns 35 50 60 65
Rev Bar Curl 15 20 25 27.5 x 6 each side w/easy bar
Skullcrushers 15 20 25 each side w/easy bar
Negative isolation curls 40 50 55

Bleh. Lifts used to be better on 5 x 5. Whatev Im making solid gains
