I know they're a bit high, but I'm still about 12.5 weeks out of my meet, so depth shouldn't be an issue come meet time.

Thanks Fellas... :D Depth is an issue I need to work on. I think I had my stance too close, which caused me to sit down rather than sit back. It was an off night for all my training partners.

just watched em. Nice work and they weren't too far off from depth at all. Should have no problem getting em down in 12 weeks. Good luck and keep updating w/ more training videos :)

i always had a harder time getting depth in just briefs than in full gear. seems stupid i just felt more confident with the suit on and straps up so i could get a better/faster start and get to depth without really sacrificing form too much like i would in just my briefs.

u guys got a bad ass gym + equip.
your dead technique isnt very smooth bro. work on your setup, looks like its swinging in then out on majority of the lifts when you break it from floor.
whats with the squats. your not even sinking the lighter stuff to parallel?

I'm working on my deads, so that explains the technique.
As for the squats, I work up raw to the first sets on the video, then it takes me a few sets to get my gear where I need it to be so I can hit depth. I won't make excuses though, I need to hit depth more, which is something I'm working on.

But just wondering as I've seen all of your squat vids. Why can't you hit parallel on any of your squats? Not trying to be a dick, just wondering why. I have flexibility issues in my hips I think, so it's harder for me to go low as well.

I'm also still playing around with my stance because I have a bit of pain in my hip flexor and TFL.

What kind of plates are you using? It doesn't look like you numbers match what's on the bar. No disrepect, just wondering.

Yeah, the big guy calling depth (Ron C. from Lone Star Barbell) said I don't have to arch too much more, as I have a pretty good natural arch in my lower back. :D

Don't switch to decaf. As a matter of fact she should probably drink a couple more pots b/c it looks like someone needs to motivate your ass. Nothing wrong with a p screaming at you if that is what you like. Great job. The squat depth was close (last one) but you nailed it but about 1/2cm, and that is all you need. Again, great job.

I looked a little closer at the video, my right side seemed fine, but the left was lagging. I've favored that side since I injured my knee in high school, it's something I need to work on.

you're crazy explosive man. watching your meet vid makes me miss geared lifting, you make it look so effortless. especially on the squats. your form looks perfect on all 3 lifts too, that was a great vid
