First off I would like to thank Eric from Universal for giving me a can of Animal Test to log I will be providing the second can, I also won a Shock Threapy promo but I wont be using that until the second can....I am really looking foward to seeing how much size and strength I can pack on during this log.

ABOUT ME:

Weight: 150.5

Height: 5'10

Lifting Experience: 4 years... 3 years serious

TRAINING SPLIT:

MONDAY: Chest/Abs
TUESDAY: Legs
WEDNESDAY: Biceps/Triceps/Abs
THURSDAY: Back/Forearms
FRIDAY:Shoulders/Traps/Abs

SUPPLEMENTS:

Universal: 2 Cans of Animal Test
Universal: Storm
Universal: Shock Threapy
Universal: Uni-Liver
Universal: Intra-Aid
Controlled Labs: Orange Triad
Magnum: Quattro

DOSING:

Animal Test: 1 pack with breakfast (1 hour 30 mins pre workout)

Storm: 1 scoop 30 mins pre workout... 1 scoop post workout

Quattro: 2 scoops post workout

Uni-Liver- 2 caps breakfast... 2 caps post workout meal... 2 caps dinner

Orange Triad: 3 post workout meal... 3 dinner

Intra-Aid: 1 scoop during workout

Shock Threapy: 1 scoop 30 mins pre workout (used with second can of Animal Test)

WATER INTAKE:

1-2 gallons

DIET:

Well I am now home for good so I will be able to eat a lot more cleaner and better quality of food... I'll be keeping it high protein/ high calorie diet with a cheat meal thrown in there every week or two. I will not be touching any alcohol during the 42 days while on Animal Test.

GOALS FOR LOG:

10 pound gain of LBM

gains in strength

break personal records

improve my body

Ill be giving my 100% honest feedback on this product whether if its good or bad. I have set the goals for this log high so I really push myself... I dont see why not that with my dedication to the gym and hard work that I shouldnt be able to pack on 10lbs during this log!

for everyone i might be changing up my workout split during the log... i want to see how this one does for the first can then i will see about either keeping it if its workking or going to a different one for the second can :)

Solid workout... not expecting much until maybe later this week or next week since I hear Test kicks in around 2 weeks....Weight was kind of dissapointing I was weighting in at school at 163lbs... but since im home for the semester im going to only be using my digital scale and that one says 150.5, so i dont know i guess the ones at school were reallly off but it will definetly make me work a lot harder so I guess its not a bad thing.. and I also lift crazy heavy weights for someone my size :D... trying to get this damn banner up!

great i think the intra-aid tastes more like cotton candy :D definetly liked it! and Storm tastes like grape kool-aid! cant go wrong with it :D

you can thank FBJ for helping me get the banner up! :D and yeah i have no idea the big difference its happened to a couple of my buddies who go home and there is a decent gap from what they weighted in at school and at home. but its all good it will really make me work extra hard so im not worried :)

well to wrap up day number 1 figured id shed a little light on Storm/Intra-Aid/Uni-Liver


UNI-LIVER: 500 count bottle is HUGEEE... took 2/2/2 (breakfast,postworkoutmeal,dinner)... nothing to really report on here yet

STORM:LOVE the taste of Storm, I think it tastes like grape kool-aid definetly wont mind going threw a whole tub of this.

INTRA-AID:Really liked the taste of this too. I think it tastes more like cotton candy then blue raspberry but thats just me! BA kicked in within the first couple of sets...


still only day 1 but figured id give at least the inital thoughts! Day 2 tomorrow!

Definetly not going to complain about this workout! Broke another little PR so that is always a good confidence boost! still getting used to taking all these damn supplements! I listed the dosing protocol in the first post it wont be changing from that so look there if you want to see how I am dosing everything!... solid workout though got in did what I had to do and left.

DL my best is 385X2.... BP my best is 260X1


id love to get the 405 mark for my DL... and the 300 mark for my BP but we will see how it goes

Awesome workout! broke 1 PR, the DB curls felt really light today probably some placebo kicking in or something...the BA from the Intra-Aid was good made me feel a little more focused! arms looked nice and pumped... overall it was a very solid workout definetly not dissapointed with the numbers! gym was really empty so I didnt have a spotter or I could of gone heavier on the CGBP and Skulls.. still nothing to report for the Animal Test yet! hoping it starts kicking in around next week!

i did 115 last week... its just been going up 5 pounds a week thats all i have been putting it... i got 110 2 weeks ago... 115 last week... 120 today.... unless i made a typo on todays workout.

i meant you went from 75 to 90 for 2 sets then up to 120 for preachers, just today. if you can get 120 for 4 reps you could probably skip the 75 and just start heavier. i have the feeling i'm missing something...

oh yeah i usually always start out at 75 for 10... then i always go to 90... i just decided to keep it 90 for 2 sets cuz my bis were pumped and i really wanted to hit 120 :)... i think were clear now? haha

MY GOD! Insane workout my back is going to be very sore tomorrow. Intra-Aid and Storm are working nicely definetly helping me push myself that much harder! I can only imagene when Animal Test kicks in I should be throwing around weights! Overall a very solid workout all my sets were very clean and slow... dialed in for each set and did my work :D time to go grab some lunch and take my vitamins then come back and enjoy a nice protein shake!

i do the T-Bar rows.. but the old school way like you did in your one video... bar in the corner and i just use a close grip attachment my PR for that was 5 plates.. ive never actually used the T-Bar row machine.... and I have never seen how many pullups I could do.. ill have to try it next week after my arm or back workout or somehting

not sure if its the AT but I feel like a bottomless pit! I feel like I can eat like double the amount of food! :) if this keeps up 10lbs should come easy! And I have been making sure I stay plenty hydrated while on this whole cycle.. a lot of water and jucies :)

haha me too!!! throw a scoop of frozen raspberries in the mircowave for like 30seconds and mix it with the protein powder its so goood. i'm not gonna lie i've been pretty creative with the protein powder lol.

up 3 pounds in a week!?...really cant complain with that! I guess my diet and Test are starting to work together!...strength still feels good.. nothing out of the ordinary yet im guessing this week I should start to see some more noticeable strength gains! I really want to improve on all of my core lifts (bench press/deadlift/squat) but im just going to be paitent and let Test do its thing since it seems to be working nicely! but im still SO stoked with the 3 pound gain!

Also it might determine on what you ate, if you had a sodium load or not. You never know.. Keep working hard well figure out your real weight soon

yeah i weight myself in the mornings as soon as i wake up. :) ill just keep weighting in every Monday.. but ill wait til the last day of the second can to determine exactly how much i actually gained during the cycle. I just want to focus on eating and lifting... i will wait another week and see what that weight in says maybe it will be more reliable!

Why all clean food? Fit it into your macros and enjoy some things every once in a while kid, damn son! if you aint prepping for a show no reason to keep it 100% clean. Hell im cutting on 1900 calories a day and grubbin on some cereal. Get wit it boy!

Why all clean food? Fit it into your macros and enjoy some things every once in a while kid, damn son! if you aint prepping for a show no reason to keep it 100% clean. Hell im cutting on 1900 calories a day and grubbin on some cereal. Get wit it boy!

Absolutley BLASTED my arms today... DB curls are getting a little to easy so I might up the weight next week... awesome workout muscles looked really full... can never find a spotter when I am doing Skulls or CGBP so I keep it kind if light... I did feel a little bit stronger today so maybe its the AT starting to kick in a little harder now... Still no side effects to report either which is a good thing! Overall a very good lift

WOW! what a back workout... had a wicked pump too in my arms. moved A LOT of weight today back is definetly going to be hurting tomorrow... 2 hand longbar rows (thats what they are called on the excerise list) take a barbell and put it in like a corner then i use a close grip attachment... really works my back nicely! just doing my thing day in and day out and waiting for Test to kick in full force and to pack on the pounds and break some PR's! time to eat!

thanks Austin! i weight in every monday last monday i weighted in a 153... i started the log at 150 so thats a 3 pound gain.. im not sure if its water weight or just cuz my diet and training are proper... my next weight in is this comming monday so we will see how it goes! ive also heard that a lot of the weight gain and strength gains come with the second can of Test

Well just got home... we won our hockey game 7-2... i should of EASILY had my second straight shutout but oh well bounces didnt go my way on the 2 goals... anyways went out after to meet up with friends at a couple places and did not have ONE drink... totally dedicated to not having any alcohol during this log... would of been REALLY nice to just have a nice cold beer! but i will once the log is over!
