yes sir.. granted i wasnt expecting to much cuz everyone who has taken AT has says the second can is REALLY where it all comes from so now that i know i have to eat more ill definetly just eat non stop!

Good workout... went in did what I had to do and left... broke 2 PR's... no side effects from the Animal Test... still havent seen an increase in strength yet. Im really going to focus on eating more! I also think im going to be changing up my workout split for the second can im getting bored with this one!

haha who knows oh well... just a bunch of chicken/steaks/veggies/ whatever my mom makes for dinner.. i have been throwing fast food into the mix as well just for the calories! my metabolisim is just so damn high...

Hockey is picking up so i dont know how the soreness is going to help me with that! im getting looked at to play for a very good mens leauge team that does some traveling so im going to keep an eye out on the soreness hockey is my passion and i dont want a supplement to hinder how i play! solid arm workout :)

me either! im determind to participate in that OBF contest! i feel better then i did when i woke up so thats a good sign! but my back is still hurting a little bit... 2 off days though I should be good to go by monday :D

Well my sponsored can of animal test is gone.... i think there is a bug going around my work cuz everyone is getting sick including me... i still feel ill so i might go to the doctors tomorrow... I think im going to give a final review on this can that NG sent me.. and ill see how i feel towards the middle of the week to see if im better enough to run the second can... i dont want to give it 50% id rather give it 100%

yeah i got sick... and then threw out my back so i didnt want to take the second can when i wasnt at 100%

THE FINAL REVIEW ON ANIMAL TEST!
DOSING: took 1 pak about 1 hour and 30 mins pre workout with food.
THOUGHTS ON DOSING:Liked how it was only 1 pack a day... never forgot to take a pack even on off days! wont complain with that!
THE WORKOUTS:Didnt really feel anything amazing on my workouts... some days i felt i had a little of a strength increase.. other days it felt normal...
THOUGHTS ON WORKOUTS:I heard that the second can was really the one that kicked in full force! sadly i could not experience that.. ill explain later.
SIDE EFFECTS:I think i saw some mild side effects thats people got were increased aggression/acne/sore joints.
THOUGHTS ON SIDE EFFECTS:NONE! no increase in acne/aggression/ even my joints felt pretty good and i played a couple intense hockey games while on AT... I also took Orange Triad so i think that could of helped a little bit with the joint issue!
WOULD YOU RECCOMMEND THIS PRODUCT: I wanted to finish the second can... i finished the first one then things went to hell so i didnt get a chance to start the second one... so I cant really say if i could reccommend this product as i did not really gain anything during the first one.
REASON I HAD TO STOP EARLY: a bug was going around my work and at home.. and i tried to do everything i could to not get sick but it didnt work, then i threw my back out and didnt want to start he second can not being at 100%! This product is pretty damn expensive so I am not sure if I will be running it again...
BIG THANKS TO NATURALGUY FOR SENDING ME THE FIRST CAN! HOPE EVERYONE ENJOYED THIS LOG!
