370x3 squat is fukking insane. I don't think I'll ever get that high in my lifting career but I hardly ever see anyone at my gym go that high who isn't a manlet. Sure there is a 5'4 guy that can squat 450+ but hes 5'4..

don't limit yourself brah, at your size you could get to a 370x3 squat a lot quicker than I could make any more progress

I'm lazy and not very dedicated to what I'm doing, you could most likely pass me up in no time

I'm always lifting, but a lot of the time its half assed and not really pushing myself

felt, pretty good, took a nap that made me kind of groggy, but I got over it, it seems like the more I eat the more I shiit and then my weight starts to go down a bit, I'm just going to keep eating more, I'm going to overcome my body, ill shovel it in faster than I can shiit it out, weird weights for this last week, yes I know, I kind of like it this way, I get ready for the weight I have to handle next week, but I don't have other sets exhausting me before the big one

after this deload I feel a buttload of strength in squats, I can tell I've gained some strength there, I set a PR last week on squats

if you aren't completely sure of your joints I wouldn't ever go above 185

his 495 didn't even leave the ground and I can't remember if he locked it out.

when he maxes, I'm gonna get him to measure the ROM, then do a rackpull with that much ROM and see how much I can pull, probably over 9000.

wouldn't it be weird if like his rom was so short that just the compression in his spine and the bending of the bar allowed him to lockout without the weight leaving the ground

Thursday

shiitty workout, had good breakfast, then only had a double cheeseburger for lunch and thought I would eat again before dinner, well, I didn't, had to drive an hour to get something from my mom that I left at home, missed dinner, my dinner=nutter butters

slept about 4 hours last night, so I tried to hype myself up with caffeine and PEA, well that worked for a while, but I had to wait like an hour for these douchebag resolutioners to stop sideways lunging on the deadlift platform and I caffeine crashed before I could even start lifting

I didn't eat yesterday, was busy unloading shiit in my room and running around campus doing ****, had like two fast food meals

I fell back into my old habit, and I'm pissed, I'm not letting it happen again, if I have to overdose on melatonin to get some god damn sleep then so be it, if I have to hit myself with a tube sock full of dcell batteries and thumbtacks in the morning to wake up for breakfast then thats what I'll do, Its not the lack of progress that mostly gets me, its the lethargy and feeling like crap from eating and sleeping like shiit that gets me mad

Sooo diet is slowly getting back to being good, baby steps.... had this weird burning feeling in my nose the whole workout, not sure what it was but it feels like it starts at my mustache and goes up my nasal cavity through my eye and like up into my forehead, workout was average...

Who cares how big they measure, all that matters is that they look big. You probably just store very little fat in your arms.

400x4<---- remembered my technique for lifting with a deficit and did ok, this doesn't look much better than my 415x3 from a few weeks ago, but it is... the rubber plates that we are required to use on the platform at my rec center are smaller in diameter than iron plates are, they also flex and smush down the more weight you put on them making my rom more, the rubber on the platform is shiitty and it also allows the weight to sink into it, while I stay up higher on the wood in the middle

stupid thing is, my college rec center makes us use those rubber plates on the platform... well they only have 2 rubber 45's, so I had to have the 45's then 3 35's on each side, then a 10 on each side, a 5, and a 2.5

oh yeah might as well say in here that I'm going to do some bodybuilding for a while, my muscles and joints are completely tired of lifting heavy constantly with low volume, its like they just don't care anymore that I'm doing low reps

so I'm going to get some pump going

I think I might have to take this route soon too...

the trick is to keep your legs unlocked slightly, feels like it hits my hams a lot more for some reason than just completely straight legs

and I'm pretty flexible

Or maybe not... for example, I can touch my fingers to the floor with an arched back and straight legs... despite the fact that I have very long legs and a relatively short torso. Extreme hamstring flexibility FTW. :D

i can touch the floor with my palms but i have to have my back extremely rounded , i think they are different situations.

I clearly stated that I had an arched back... if I can touch the floor with an arched back and straight legs then I can touch a bar to my toes with an arched back and straight legs.
