In the first clip, bodybuilder, strongman and powerlifter, Joe DeAngelis, raw gym squats 500 pounds for 20 reps!

In the second video clip, J.M. Blakely demonstrates his J.M. Presses. According to Blakely, a former WPO pro bencher and now NPC figure competitor coach, this exercise is great for building triceps strength and for strengthening the ligaments and tendons in the arms.

great squating. What I never understand is why guys who squat like that don't get oly shoes. It just seems less dangerous than squating with a block under your ankles.

thanks for the post, that J.M. press video was a lot more helpful than the old one where you can't really hear or see anything

Thanks for the videos. I've never really done JM presses before so I'll give em' a try for accessory work.
