Not really porkchops, and not really famous...but its my workout log. Don't feel like making it pretty right now, I just really want to write down my diet for today. I feel like right now keeping my diet down is alot more important than my workout. I will update workout tomorrow and make this **** look beautiful.

morning -

11 am

bowl of applejacks + milk ~250 cals, 10g protein
hot chocolate from dunkin donuts ~ 210 cals, 2g protein

noon
blueberry bagel + creamcheese + glass of milk ~320 cals, 16g protein
little bites banana chocolate chip muffins ~190 cals, 2g protein

1:30 pm
bowl of applejacks + milk ~250 cals, 10g protein

2pm
scoop of peanut butter + glass of milk ~200 cals, 15g protein

3 pm
slice of bread + peanut butter spread on it + glass of milk ~300 cals, 15g protein

6 pm
2 scrambled eggs + glass of milk ~300 cals, 20g protein

8 pm
little bites banana chocolate chip muffins, ~190 cals, 2g protein

9pm
salami + cheese sandwich + glass of milk ~500 cals, 25g protein

going to calculate the amount of protein/calories in my diet for today. will update. it seems like i ate alot today, i hope its as much as it seems and hopefully amounts to ~4,000 cals.

edit: total of 2710 calories. more or less 2700-3000 for the day as i undercalculated. hopefully tomorrow i can eat this much and possibly up it by about 300 cals. still only 117g of protein...going to need to get whey protein as soon as possible.

First time counting cals and grams of protein, and I would say I ate more today than my usual day. Definitely going to have up the diet a bit, its amazing to find out what you are really getting when you think you are eating alot. protein wasnt optimal for today, though it was an off day. whey protein is in my near future

good! i will incorporate more cardio in my workout and my main diet won't be like that everyday. i'm 6'0" 172 pounds, and in august i was maybe 5'11" 150 pounds. so far progress has been good, but i haven't gained weight in the past month or so. fat gains have been pretty minimal, probably due to noob gains.

i will probably include a few more eggs, no hot chocolate, no mini muffins, more peanut butter, and more red meat/chicken on a normal day. thanks for reply.
