I was lowering a 30lb dumbell to the floor, left of the bench, for my shoulder press set.

As I descended, I must have hyperextended or pulled my neck muscle and now the right side of my neck hurts (when I tilt my head right, or backwards), as well as my trap (just the right trap).

What should I do? How many days will it take to recover, my next workout is monday morning.

Depends on what you did. It may be better when you wake up, or it might be worse. Either way, I'd suggest you reschedule your next workout to when you are feeling 100%.

You can only aggravate it further by continuing to stress it.
