One of the main things I'm focusing on this year is trying to gain size and the best way is to lift heavy weights! I'm hoping to post some more videos to keep track of my strength gains but my goals for these next months of bulking are....

Bench: 350lbs 5 reps
Decline Bench: 440lbs. 5 reps
Standing Single Barbell Row: 400lbs. 5 reps
Dumbell Rows: 150lbs each arm 8 reps
Leg Press: 2,000 lbs. 8 reps
Deadlift (mine sucks): 500lbs 5 reps

pics are on my blog site

Last couple of days I've been pounding these Whey Packets from ON cuz they are expired and I needa eat em bef4 they get more expired. I really recommend em tho for those who have a hard time making meals.

1 packet = 50g protein, 30g carbs and 300 calories + it has bunch of vitamins! You can get em from Bodybuilding.com (click thru my banner ad!)

Bull on all your stats. I found it hard to believe that you had those lifts, but I was going to give you the benefit of the doubt. But after claiming that you have 19inch arms, I call BS on everything. Your latest november pic they look 16ish at best.

I think a reason his arms might look smaller is because he's really proportionate (good job patfactorx, lol), and in photos there's no good sense of size. Also, his 19" stat might be referring to an offseason measurement.

I just went through a bunch of his pics--His arms are definitely not "16ish at best"! I have 16 inch arms, and his are definitely much bigger.

Also, I have seen some of his vids before. He is strong.

Well no one really has to worry about actual arm measurements, as judges don't pull out tape measures during the competition. A guy with well developed muscle bellies, small joints, and excellent symmetry will always "appear" to be bigger.

Word to the momas. My friend Eric has the goofiest looking arms ever, but they are 15 pumped, but he could tell you 17's and you would not argue with him.

Looking solid Pat. :)

Food update: I have determined that Barilla Plus, Pasta sauce and a protein shake is my new favorite meal.

Workout Update; I have determined that I really like doing decline bench because it allows you to throw up more weight.

What is a better way to gauge lifts. Photos or videos?
