Ive been slacking on working out for a little while now, and i need something to keep me motivated so i figure ill keep a log. Have 2 months until boot camp likely and i need to turn it into gear so i can go in and get a perfect score.

Staring Weight: 209 lbs
Goal Weight: 190


Finally got myself back in the gym today, didnt do all that much but im already exuasted. Only did a small back workout with light weight


Weights: Front Lat Pull Down 15x3 x 80 pounds
Back Lat Pull Down 10x3 x 60 pounds

ABZ: 3 x 25 Crunches
3 x 15 Leg Raises
3 x 45 Bicycle
All Circuited together

As for cardio: I only managed run half a mile, (I need to quit smoking) then continued another mile jogging at 15% incline.

Im behind on my gym fee's so i didnt want to spend to much time in there until I pay. Ill be in there later to pay my dues

(yes sloppy) (dont flame my pussy workout)

Hey man i'm not ragging on ya cause i'm going USMC OCS next summer but if you only managed to run a half a mile you're in for a world of hurt when ya get to OCS. I'd step it up on the cardio by an insane amount

This is 4 months old. And i can run well over 3 miles easy. Ive cut from 225 to about 210 now

My weight in the top was on a scale that was messed up. On that same scale im less then 200 lol

But let this thread die, dont bump a thread 3 months old...... that i havent updated. Ill be making a new one soon. Things in my life changed greatly...
