Nice log man. Good start. Im going to be doing this to, but im running refuel and surge.

Isnt your calorie intake a little extreme? 4000-5000 calories is the range for somebody who is using aas to bulk with. Judging by your size from your pics, i think you could bulk with 3500 cals tops. Im 5`1 180 and i bulk with about 3300. That many carbs is just going to make you gain more fat, your not going to gain any more muscle from 3500 or 4500.

Nice stretch marks! Haha thats exactly how mine use to look. Hated it.

Today is the first day of using REFUEL. I must say, i am very impressed so far.

The taste is GREAT, drinking water every day during training gets boring, this was a great change up, and no bad after taste like with most toher supps.

It mixes very well, the powder is kinda like powdered sugar, so no clumps!

I traing chest today, first time in 3 weeks since my lay off due to mono, so natually i was much weaker.

One thing that suprised me was that i did not feel fatigued during my workout at all! yes, my muscles got tired, but i didnt really get that "i want this to be over" feeling in the middle of training. I think that the carbs in REFUEL caused this.

Weight- 265lb

Strength- actually higher than expected for be off for so long and sick

Stamina- way up, and its only the first day

Pumps- Got some great tricep pumps, more than usuall on chest day, however chest was lagging, im sure it will catch up in a few weeks

Muscle Fatigue- a little better than normal, didnt get as bad of a burn, felt like i could push harder.

Recovery- Not much to be said about DOMS yet, cause its day 1, however after i train and drink my shake, i usually get dizzy and jittery (blood sugar raise and crash i belive), but this did not happen today, im thinking its because of the extra carbs taken during the workout in REFUEL. I also felt more recovered in between sets, so i had more confidence so push harder.

Training- not going to post weights, because i feel its not relevent since im still recovering, and its kinda embarassing :( ...ill post them if someone askes tho.

Chest- trained to failure on most sets

Flat Bench Press-
5x8

Inclined Bench Setting 1-
3x6-8

Inclined Bench Setting 2-
3x6-8

Declined Bench-
5x8

I have also decided to run another cycle of Jungle Warfare, just started a couple days ago, couldnt add it to my current supp list cause the comp wouldnt let me edit...

Tomarrow ill be training Back, so stay tuned!!

Today was my first back training day in 3 weeks, the weights were down, and i struggled, but was still impressed that i kept as much strength as i did.

I got a good nights sleep for once, no class today lol, this really helped as well. Im looking forward to seeing if REFUEL will help me train after a long day of school, that will be the ultimate test! (i get a minimum of 8 hours of sleep per night, i need much more to be "awake")

REFUEL really helped me recover quicker between sets of heavy deads

Stamina was up because of REFUEL, and once again i LOVE the taste

I felt much more aware during training, as opposed to the "out of it" feel after a heavy lift, this enabled me to stay focused

REFUEL is basicaly the bodybuilders gatoraid, it has the liquid to rehydrate, the carbs to replenish muscle gycogen levels and serve as fuel during training, it also contains elecrolytes to maintain muscular output, it has BCAAs and serveral forms of glutamine to further heal and REFUEL your muscles, and a great taste to back it up!

Workout- went good, will be hitting some PRs soon, i can feel it!! i didnt do as much volume today as usual, no need to kill my muscles beyond what they can repair, for being off for so long

Deadlift- felt heavier than usual, but i am definatly recovering! :)
10x225
6x315
5x400
5x400
5x400

Reverse Grip Chins- (this doubles over as ab workout, they are done while holding legs forward and knees up, very difficult)
30 reps with however many sets it takes, took me 5 sets today

BB Row- alot harder than before, i lost the most on this exercise
6x230- tried going for PR...failed lol
8x225
8x225
8x225

One-Sided T-Bar Rows- something i made up to hit the lower lats (kinda like one sided Db rows, just more of a power movment)
8x145
8x145
8x145

I decided to skip T-Bar Rows today, will do those next week when im up to par a bit more.

Diet:

meal 1- Multi vits/JW/Joint supps/1.5g Beta Alanine/+extra vits
3 eggs
35g whey
2 slices toast w/ apple sauce
1 pack ramen noodles

meal 2-(preWO 30mins pre- 1 scoop shock therapy/5g Creatine mono/1.5g Beat Alanine
30g whey (5 mins pre)

REFUEL DURING TRAINING w/ WATER

meal 3- PWO 1 scoop storm/2g Beta Alanine
60g whey (20 min. post)
70g dextrose

meal 4- Multi Vit/Joint supps/JW/+extra vits
.5lb lean beef
1 box macaroni (100g complex carbs)

meal 5-
2 grilled cheese sandwiches w/turkey and fat free mayo in place of butter (soo good!)
1 muffin

meal 6-
Lean Body protein bar (free sample :D, 20g protein, 13g fat, 35g carbs)
some cookie dough (me and gf made cookies...:))

meal 7-
4 cups skim milk

meal 8- Vit. C/JW
.5 cup fat free cottage cheese
1 tbs peanut butter
2 cups skim milk

REFUEL is really helping me give the energy needed to get back on my feet and get my strength back to were it was

DOMS is not as bad as it could be, so this is helping with overall recovery as well as immediate recovery.

So far this product as earned an A on the grading scale

I take the week ends off, ill be changing up my split, so chest will be next again on Monday...

The last of my 2 weekly off days. I must say, i am recovering quite well, much better than i had anticipated.

Didnt take any REFUEL today, saving it for training training to get maximum benefits, however taken in the morning on off days would also be a great way to use it, if you wanted to use it on off days.

Energy levels are good

DOMS is reduced

Weight is 270lb exactaly

Been watching vids online and studying all day....looking forward to training tomarrow with more REFUEL

Today i trained chest. My bench is still pretty weak, but it is catching up very fast.

Im experiancing some mild sharp pains in my left shoulder, im hoping that its nothing to worry about. it will polly be fine in a few days im guessing. I tend to have shoulder problems alot, not sure why, i have good form. I blame it on boxing back in the day....lol

Weight is 267lb

Strength is climbing back to normal

Stamina is still getting better, i love it!

REFUEL treated me good today, i decided to start using 1 1/2 scoops instead of one, because im a bigger guy than average :D

DOMS has been getting a little better, not so sore for as many days as usual.

Its a very good feeling to have a new found energy source when working out. Normaly i would be tired and my muscles would not recover very fast in between sets. While on REFUEL however i actually do recover much faster, and can finish my workout quicker because i dont have to rest as long.

I didnt have a clean shaker cup today (to lazy to wash one lol) so i mixed up the REFUEL in a glass of water with a spoon. It did not mix as well as in a shaker cup, and left some sediment on the bottom. But i guess this can be expected, a shaker cup is the best opition for mixing REFUEL.

Training- went good, still sore form thursdays chest thrashing, so i could really feel the muscle fiber pulling, it felt great.

Had good pumps, mostly in the triceps tho.

Workout- Chest (creative routine i know lol)

Flat Bench Press-
5x205
6x190
6x190
7x185
6x185

Inclined Bench #1-
6x185
8x160
8x160

Inclined Bench #2-
8x155
8x155
7x155

Declined Bench-
8x155
8x155
8x155

hopfully i can get these numbers up to respectable weights before i cut.

So far REFUEL is great, still love the taste and the extra endurance that i get from it. I usually finish it about 1/2-3/4 through my workout, so that the glutamine will have minimal interferance with the creatine i take PWO.

I find that REFUEL is best when 1-1 1/2 scoops is mixed with 2-3 cups of cold water, its very refreshing, and the taste is not overpowering.

Today was an ok day, didnt have the greatest workout. I dropped Chem class, so now i have 2 more free days :D whoo hoo, no more getting up early! Decided to clean up my log abit, to make it easier to follow ;)

Daily Stats-

Weight-264.5, lower then average, must be water weight

DOMS- Not nearly as bad as i thought it would be, hardly noticable. Its a deep sorness instead of the full muscle sorness felling

Workout-Legs

Squat-

8x230
8x230
8x230
8x230

Front Squat-
7x185

Lying Leg Curl- (done on a bowflex..crappy i know, but better than nothing, weights are not acurrate)
8xBF
10xBF
8xBF
10xBF

SLDL-
8x245
6x245
8x245

Leg Extention- (Same as Leg Curl)
15xBF
15xBF
15xBF
15xBF

Workout Overveiw-
Could have been much better, was not very motivated. Felt sick during WO, from a crappy lunch (protein bars). Still working on getting my squat up to a respectable weight, i dont know why my legs are so darn weak. I used 1 1/2 scoops of REFUEL today as well, mixed with 3 cups water, finished half way through workout as usual.

Pumps- Good, above average, but not insane.

Energy- Down abit, REFUEL really helped me keep going, and gave me the edge to dig deep.

Stamina- Considering that this was kind of an "off day", stamina was actually good, still recovering fast between sets.

Strength- Was not here today, i was repping with 245 on squat (still crappy) before i got mono, now im down to 230. However this IS up 5lb from last week, so i am making progress.

Focus- Focus suffered as well, was not all there in the head today.

Motivation- Not as high as usual

Sides- Nothing bad to ba said about the side affects of this product yet, that is unless more energy and stamina is a bad thing ;). One thing that i did note however, was that any other 'During Workout' drink that i have tried makes me feel sick. REFUEL is the only one that does not do this. I would recommend this to the "weak stomached" lifter, like myself.

Final Thoughts-
I am still very impressed with REFUEL, and look forward to using it for the next few weeks. Hopefully tomarrow will go better.

Preview for tomarrow-
Ill be training my Back, im really pumped to see what strength gains i have gotten back. wil do a higher volume than last week, slowly easing back into my standared routine.

Hit shoulders today, was a great workout, wasnt feeling as lethargic today, except in my 4 hour math class...i left after 1 hour and headed to KFC (horrible i know), picked up some Snackers, them things are sooo good and cheap to!

Daily Stats-

Weight-272.5lbs (all time high)

DOMS- Not to horrible, one side of my back is more sore than the other, this happens every once and a while, i blame it on contracting one side harder than the other during deadlifts.

Workout- Shoulders-

Standing Millitary Press-(just kept on adding weight, really suprised myself, wish i would have went heavier in the beginning)
10x135
10x145
10x155
8x165
8x170
6x180
4x185

10x30
8x25
12x25

BB Front Laterals-
8x85
8x85
8x85

Workout Overveiw-
Good workout, really felt like hammering away at the weights. I need a new workout CD tho...getting bored with old one. Pumps had my delts looking huge!

Pumps-
Had very good shoulder pumps, lasted about 30mins after training.

Energy-
Was up, kept slammin away without wishing it was over.

Stamina-
This was also up, recovered VERY fast between sets, and was able to keep strength up all through the workout, thank you REFUEL :D

Strength-
UP UP UP!! by shoulder strength is back to normal, maybe a little better, im excited for next shoulder day. Goal by end of Bulking phase is rep Millitary Presses with 205 (possible, but a little out there).

Focus-
I was able to keep my mind set on what i wanted, more weight and constant muscle tention! had a clear and sharp mind all through training.

Motivation-
Obviously this was up as well, had images of me as a pro in my head (o come on, im not retarted, I KNOW YOU ALL DO THIS!! :D)

Sides-
No negative sides to speak of

Final Thoughts-
REFUEL is still going great, im not sick of the flavor, still look forward to it each workout! This log is going very well in my opinion so far.

Preview for tomarrow-
Tomarrow im gonna blast my arms!! Favorite day of the week, and the day that im able to actually lift some decent weights!! ;)

Today was arm day, and i was pleased with my workout. Didnt do to much today aside for go over to my girlfreinds house, and go out to dinner with her family (free food!:D), all in all a good day.

Daily Stats-

Weight- 270lbs

DOMS- Shoulder sorness is almost nonexistant, which is typical because i havent been able to make then sore in over a year. Found out a great new exersize that is really helping with my shoulder problems, and gives a WICKED delt pump. I would recomend this to anyone with shoulder problems. http://intens************/showthread.php?t=6997

Workout Overveiw-
Great workout, really hit it hard, felt the contractions, and tore it up, also got some PRs, nothing to crazy, just a couple more pounds, or a few more sets than before.:)

Pumps-
Had great pumps, lasted a while after i was done training to.

Energy-
Energy was great, felt like i just keep on going and going!

Stamina-
Stamina was up, once again, great recovery between sets, allowed me to keep using heavy weights, and not have to lower the poundage.

Strength-
I think the the PRs speak for them selfs, was very happy with my self today, even if its just 5lbs more, its still progress! :D

Focus-
I was able to keep a good Mind-Muscle connection today, which is somthing that i think is vital for training arms, REFUEL helped with this, i can honestly say that i do feel i difference while training with REFUEL.

Motivation-
Motivation was deffinatly there today, i dont belive that a PR can be obtained without pushing yourself to the max, and that require motivation.

Sides-
No negative sides to speak of

Final Thoughts-
REFUEL has been going great, i still love the great taste, and how it helps with staying focused in the gym. Recovery is also better.

Preview for tomarrow-
Tomarrow is an off day. Will still update on DOMS and other things. Im looking forward to sleeping and taking it easy for the weekend! ;)

Im going to take a scoop of REFUEL along with a scoop of whey first thing in the moring, to see how it would help with energy levels and vascularity during a nontraining day.

REFUEL by CEL

So today was an OFF day, and a well needed on at that. Just layed around all day and did nothing but eat and watch the movie "Fearless" which is pretty sweet. Aside for the over dramatic phone calls from my gf, today was pretty good.

REFUEL Doseing for today-
I took a scoop of REFUEL as soon as i woke up, along with a scoop of chocolate whey protein powder. It actually tasted pretty good.

Daily Stats-

Weight- 271.5lbs

DOMS- Biceps are not sore at all, like usual. Ticeps are sore, but could be worse, i can definatly feel the skull crushers today. Forarms are semi-sore as well.

Workout-
None, off day

Vascularity-
I had some good veins popping out today, looked good.

Energy-
Taking REFUEL in the morning definatly perked me up, however its not somthing i would do every off day, i would rather save it for training, this was just kind of an "experiment".

Motivation-
Was ok today, didnt really need it, so it wasnt a problem

Sides-
No negative sides to speak of

Final Thoughts-
Still loving REFUEL, works good for a moring pick me up.

Preview for tomarrow-
Tomarrow is another off day, so i wont be training, just hanging out with family and gf at the super bowl party at my house. Looking forward to hitting chest again on monday.

Today was the last of my two weekly off days, went rather well. Had the family and girlfriend over for the superbowl party. We all had had a good 'ol time.

I didnt take any REFUEL today, saving it for workouts and the occational short on time/pick me up breakfast shake.

Daily Stats-

Weight- 271.5lbs

DOMS- Triceps are feeling much better, im healing up quickly, biceps and forarms are good to go.

Workout-
None, off day

Vascularity-
Didnt really notice to much today, was really cold here (lowest was -3) today, so im sure that played a factor in it.

Energy-
I was tired all day, but it kind of expected, had a major migrain last night, so didnt sleep well. ill be rested up for monday tho.

Motivation-
Wanted to hit the weights today, so motivation was obviously up.

Sides-
Once again, no negative sides from REFUEL to speak of.

Final Thoughts-
Still likeing the REFUEL, taste is great also

Preview for tomarrow-

Workout Overveiw-
Well now here is were it gets interesting. I pushed my self WAY to far and got feeling very sick during my workout. Took my Storm PWO, waited 20 mins then drank my protein/carb shake. went to sit down...about 30 seconds later i was running to the bathroom. I puked up more fluid then i thought was possible to even hold lol. After a couple large heaves i threw up a bit of blood. This freaked my out. Its not the first time it has happened. This is the 3rd time i puked after a damn leg day...Immediatly after i puked i shot down another protein/carb shake with a scoop for Storm and held it down fine. I dont think i missed out on the anabolic window, cause i got the second shake down with 30mins PWO, so my stomach was only empty for like 5 mins...
Stupid of me yes i know.

Pumps-
Were ok, nothing to great tho

Energy-
Had alot of energy, felt like i was going to passout after training, felt like major low blood sugar.

Stamina-
Kept on going, stamina was good.

Today was a better day, had energy and was able to hit it hard. Didnt feel to sick which is also a major plus. Workout went good, I was walking down PR lane! :D

Daily Stats-

Weight- 272.5lbs

DOMS- Legs are pretty sore, mostly in the quads. Glutes are ok and hams arent really sore at all. I train my hams hard but damn things dont get sore...

I decided to take 2.5 scoops of REFUEL. I mixed the REFUEL with 2.5 cups of cold water and added some ice cubes into the shaker cup. It tasted amazing.

I finished the REFUEL about 20 mins into the workout, so my stomach could clear for post-workout supps, and not get sick. This worked great and i felt that it gave me more energy this way

Workout Overveiw-
Went really good, at first didnt even feel like doing deadlifts, but did them anyways and am glad. Hit alot of PRs, which is always nice.

Pumps-
Great forarm pumps, lower back and lats were pumped up good to.

Energy-
I was able to keep on going. I feel that finishing a larger amount of
REFUEL early in the workout attributed to this.

Stamina-
I recovered nicely between sets and kept the intensity up.

Strength-
Was obviously up with all the PRs, strength was on my side today.

Focus-
I was in the zone, kept my mind on form and muscle tention.

Motivation-
Was ok today, didnt play a huge factor in todays workout for once.

Sides-
Nothing negative to speak of.

Final Thoughts-
REFUEL is going great. I think im going to sick with this new dosing method as it seems to work best for me.

Preview for tomarrow-

Had a great shoulder workout today, getting my shoulders up to par. Had dinner at my gf house with her family...and somehow steroids became the topic of discusion...her mom asked if I was using them to bulk...I said no. Extreamly akward situation.

Daily Stats-

Weight- 275.5lbs

DOMS- Back is sore like crazy, but I truly love the DOMS of a good workout. Quads are bad to, pain to walk around after sitting for a while.

I took 3.5 scoops of REFUEL today accidently, only ment to take 3 scoops, got carried away lol.

Workout Overveiw-
Very good workout, got a PR on the Millitary Presses, which is good. Im feeling MUCH stronger each day.

Pumps-
Had ok front and middle delt pumps, rear delts were pumped up and lower back was pumped like crazy.

Energy-
After i finished the REFUEL I had energy like non other, felt like I was never getting tired.

Stamina-
Was going good, finished workout quicker than usual with less rest between sets.

Strength-
Up. Getting stronger by the day.

Focus-
I had "tunnel vision" today, I knew what I wanted and went for it. Also felt very agressive during training. I liked that.

Motivation-
Good good, felt great hammering the weights.

Sides-
Nothing negative to speak of.

Final Thoughts-
I find that when REFUEL is taken early in the workout in higher doses, it more effective than when taken throught entire workout.

Preview for tomarrow-

REFUEL by CEL

Today was awsome! I totaly pillaged Vitamin Shop for all there Dicana. It was only .50 a bottle, so i bought all they had (3 bottles). Also got a 5lb tub of Prolab whey, oatmeal cinnimon flavor (which i love) for 17.49$. So thats close to 200$ worth of supps for 18.99$!!! Heck yea!! (gonna go back and get there Stizm for 13$ a bottle, but hoping the price drops a but more.) :D

I took a scoop of REFUEL with 2 scoops whey this moring. I was really tired waking up early for church, so needed a little pick me up, it was just to tempting lol.

Daily Stats-

Weight- 275.5lbs

DOMS- Biceps are fine like always, abs are sore and triceps hurt alot. Its a different feeling tho, its a deep soreness in the muscle belly, i like it.

Workout-
None, off day

Vascularity-
I had good vacularity at church and all through the day. That says alot seeings how i have about 25% body fat, could still see veins.

Energy-
Good, the REFUEL helped get me going.

Motivation-
Im really pumped to start cutting in a few weeks! Wanna hit it hard and hammer my chest tomarrow.

Sides-
Nothing negative to speak of.

Final Thoughts-
None really, still happy with REFUEL.

Preview for tomarrow-

LIGHT WEIGHT BABY!!!!

Today was amazing to say the least...PR heaven, my strength has exploded, i was quite shocked with my workout...read on to find out more

Daily Stats-

Weight- 276.5lbs- thought i was gaining fat for some reason, so i lowered the calories, but kept gaining, guess im hitting a major growth spurt. Im getting alot of new strech marks along my upper chest and forarms.

DOMS- Triceps are still a bit sore.

I took 3 scoops of REFUEL today, drank half right before my workout, and had the rest finished when i was done with Flat bench.

Workout-Chest/Abs

Every set i preformed was a PR!! so instead of typing it a thousand times, here it is.

Flat Bench Press-
15x135
15x135
1x250 (max is up by 20lbs, still crappy yes)
6x210
6x205
4x205
6x200

Inclined Bench Setting 1-
5x200
6x200
6x200

Inclined Bench Setting 2-
6x200
6x190
6x190

Declined Bench Press-
6x190
5x190
5x185

Declined Sit Ups-
10xBW+45
12xBW+45
8xBW+45
8xBW+45

Declined Oblique Twists-

Workout Overveiw-
Never before have i experianced such a dramatic jump in strength. I loaded the BB up to 250, and locked it out with ease. Loaded it up to 270(i got cocky), got it almost all the way, then failed. I felt a pull in my chest, hurt to do flat bench, but i finished up and it feels fine now.

Pumps-
Triceps were pumped up real good, chest was also pumped good.

Energy-
Through the roof, i never really got tired.

Stamina-
I caught myself resting to much, because i was used to taking longer breaks, but i didnt even need to, i recoverd very quickly.

Strength-
Through the roof, i hope to keep these gains during my cut, thats my goal.

Focus-
I was totaly zoned! felt great.

Motivation-
I was definatly motivated, the workout only fueled it more.

Sides-
Nothing negative to speak of

Final Thoughts-
Very pleased with REFUEL, it is a great addition to my stack.

Preview for tomarrow-
I will be hitting Legs tomarrow, hoping for the same kind of strength gains on my squat!
Ill be finished with REFUEL soon, prolly enough to last me till the end of this week.

i am actually very comfortable with inclines, much more so then flat or declines. They just feel more natural, i kind of have a 'groove' for them, not sure why.

REFUEL Review and Write up-

After a 22 day log of REFUEL, i was very impressed with the results. I wil list the advantages and disadvantages as follows.

I dosed this product at 1 scoop, 1.5 scoops, 2 scoops, 2.5 scoops, 3 scoops, and 3.5 scoops. I would have to say that I was most pleased at the dosing of between 2 and 3 scoops.

Training Enhancement:

Stamina- 4/5
Great, I felt like the extra carbs really helped me recover quicker between sets. I felt like I could push harder without being as fatigued as well.

Pumps-3/5
Pumps did not increase that much, however they did last longer than usual.

Strength-NA
I felt that this product did not directaly effect strength. More so it helped with stamina, which in turn increased strength.

Focus- 5/5
I didnt get the "Foggy" mentaly tired feeling that i usually do. I feel that the extra carbs and electrolytes helped with this.

Recovery:

DOMS- 4/5
After workouts i was not as sore as usual most of the time.

Recovery Time Between Sets- 5/5
Same as stamina, I could get the feeling of strength back into my muscles quicker.

Other:

Cost Efficency- 2/5
This is were I think they could improve. 40$ for 30 servings is a bit over priced I think.

Taste-(lemon flavor) 6/5
Amazing, tasted like Lemon Pez.

After Taste- 5/5
Good, nothing bad or nasty.

Mixability- 5/5
Mixed very well and disolved quickly in a shaker cup, as well as with a spoon.

Nutrient Profile- 3.5/5
I feel that more BCAAs could be added. Would help with the DOMS 100%. Other than that its good.

Overall rating (technical)-
4.25/5

Personal Rating- (Because some areas hold greater weight than others)
4/5

So overall i am happy with the product. It helped to give me the extra edge I needed to push through even the toughest workouts, and meet many new PRs.

Ps- From a personal opinion, Refuel taste best when 3 scoops are mixed with 2.5 cups of cold water and 3 ice cubes. :D
