I am at 21%BF right now and I would like to be 15%. I have just started clean eating and carb cycling and these are the numbers I'm using:

1500 cal/day

low CHO - 75g
med CHO - 100g
high CHO - 150g
repeat.
I get anywhere from 120-150g of protein depending on which CHO day I'm on and again anywhere from 25-40g of EFAs depending on the day.

Do these numbers look good? Any comments, suggestions for improvements?

I would say not enough calories...from your pics, you look REALLY lean already and I think losing more would make you look way too skinny! I would concentrate on lifting heavy, limiting cardio and eating a little more
