Just wanted to see what you guys think:

Thursday: Chest and triceps

Friday: Rest (abs)

Saturday: Biceps and Forearms

Sunday: Rest (abs)

Monday: Shoulders and Back

Tuesday: off ( school )

Wedsenday: off ( school )

All excersises are 3 sets with reps 5x3x3 with a 45 second rest between sets

My suppliments are: Optimum nutrition ZMA, Axis Labs hemodraulix (NO), Optimum nutrition egg protien and BCAA Amino Acid Pills

Is this too much or too little? I am trying to gain weight and put on mass, that is why the reps are low, but the weight that I use is heavy to keep the intensity up.

Let me know what you think, feed-back is appriecated.

what should I do about legs? There is something wrong with my right knee, that it can only handle a little weight, if that. Already gotten checked and the doc says that there is nothing wrong with it. But it prevents me from doing squats, lunges and extensions. IDK what to do when it comes to legs, so I have left them out, yet I know legs are important in a workout cycle.

try angled leg press i have a weak back so i dont do squats and the angled leg press hits ur legs just as well as squats for the most part and its not too strenuous on the knees as long as you dont lock out your knees you should be fine
