okay...in school during body conditioning, im gonna run & lift weights in that period on & off, and lift weights 4x/week...im gonna try to run 1 to 3 miles & wen i lift weights, im gonna be doing like do workouts such as shoulder shrugs, bench, overhead press, etc. my school has a small work out room in da gym & thats where our class goes all da time... should i be doing this cuz i wanna lose body fat & gain weight too???
