Here are a few vids I had hanging around. The first one is from a pretty big failure of a meet I went to around Thanksgiving, I basically hit my openers on everything, was kind of a let down.

This is a crappy quality video of a heavy squat day, a few of us just got some new gear (mine was a size too big so I wasn't as heavy as I should have been) Purple reverse band box squats

This last one is a heavy bench day, board pressing in new shirts. This was my first time in a Katana and it felt great. I have had some shoulder issues since the Thanksgiving meet so I haven't been going over 250 for sets of singles due to pain. Both these videos show most of the lifters on my team, there are a few who weren't back on campus yet but I'm sure I'll have more vids of everyone soon enough. You can see these and more at NUpowerlifting.com

Its Northeastern University, and I'm heading to Scranton PA for a meet I'm not ready next weekend, and collegiate nationals at the end of march.

Not really sure most of us just kinda had an off day. I was bombing squats because I really shouldn't have opened that high. 455 in the gym felt easy when my coach wrapped my knees, but the first 2 attempts there a newer guy was doing it all and they kept busting, my 3rd attempt I had my coach do it. Bench I don't even know, I might have developed an injury that I wasn't aware of yet because since that meet my right shoulder has been keeping me from doing full ROM work with over 250.
Meet next weekend in PA though so hopefully I'll have some more vids to share, I'd be happy with getting 450/315/500 though because I'm actually dropping a weight class for this one and possibly nationals. No serious cutting mostly water manipulation but I'm light enough in the 170's that its well worth it for team points. Hopefully though, the PA competition goes like this:
Squat 1-405 Squat 2- 450 squat 3- 475
Bench 1- 275 Bench 2- 315 Bench 3- 335
Dead 1- 475 Dead 2- 500 Dead 3- 530
I'd say dropping a weight class and at least meeting my past PR's would be acceptable, then either bump back up to a fuller 181 or just try to get as much strength in 165 as I can for nationals.
