View Full Version : HELP! Trying to get big: NO Xplode, Cellmass, Anabolic Pump, NO Overdrive.

I'm about 6'1, 173 lbs. trying to get to about 185. I'm an ectomorph and a naturally hardgainer. I put on fat easier than muscle though... probably like most.

I've been trying some new products a lot lately.

Stacking Cellmass, NO Xplode, Anabolic Pump, NO Overdrive. I take ON Whey, ON Casein, ON Serious Mass gainer, and ON 2:1:1 Recovery at different times during the day. Sometimes mix some of them together depending on protein/carb needs. Also adding 2.5 to 5 grams of Prolab Creatine Mono to my shakes depending on creatine intake for the day.

Went from 155 to 170 lbs. about a year and 1/2 ago using Cellmass and NO Xplode.

I've been cycling NO Xplode and Cellmass for about a year 1/2 now... finding that it's less effective then it was. I'm a little over halfway through my first bottle of Anabolic Pump. Feels pretty good, but not a ton of results yet. Added Six Star NO Overdrive last week and I'm PUMPED! I love it. Better pumps, more vascular. I'm not very naturally vascular and would like to be more so. Getting my testosterone, body fat, and HGH levels tested by my doctor next week. I believe my body fat right now is around 20% but that seems a little high. I'd like to get to around 10% once I put on more muscle.

I lift 3-4 days a week, 3 muscle groups per session, fairly heavy weights, some pyramid sets.

I also do a lot of cardio because I'm a martial artist.

I try to consume about 4,000 calories daily... but sometimes don't quite make it. Just started monitoring calories more closely this week.

I also take Animal Pak, Animal Flex, Fish Oil and CLA. Going to try Super Cissus RX when Animal Flex runs out next week.

I tried free-sample of SuperPump250 yesterday instead of NO Xplode pre-workout and didn't notice much of a pump or vascularity but FREAKY energy. So much so that I'm not sure If I like it or not.

I have tried:
CytoSport Muscle Milk (Loved it)
CytoSport CytoGainer (made me **** like crazy, didn't like it)
CytoSport Fast Twitch (good not great)
Cytosport CytoMax (when I ran cross country in high school years ago, good for endurance)
Xyience NOX-C-G-3 (didn't do anything noticeable at the time, tasted horrible)
ON Whey (love it, still use, sometimes with gainer)
ON Casein (still use, before bed sometimes with gainer)
ON Recovery 2:1:1 (one of my favorite products)

I also have free-samples of White Flood, Green MAG, Scivation Xtend, NaNOx9 Hardcore, and Gakic Hardcore that I plan on trying eventually. I'm also curious to try USPlabs PowerFULL. Heard great things about VPX NO Shotgun too.

I feel like I'm going to bit supplement crazy trying to get bigger. Maybe I'm looking for it to happen overnight which I know isn't possible.
