Boosting testosterone levels is the key goal here. Your testosterone level is a significant factor in gaining lean muscle mass and increasing strength and size. 4-Androstenediol works to crank up the juice running through your veins and sustain elevated levels of testosterone for 2 hours. The Goal and a little back ground info
Gain muscle and lose some bf. I really just want to hit 230 lbs!
This will the first cycle in 2009 for me.(my 4th log on bb.com)
I have been working out off and on for most of my life but I have recently just gone full throttle to make it a part of my everday life. So im steadly at 1 year and 3 months with no breaks at this point.
Some of my others cycles have been 1 AD, Epitsane(IBE), Superdrol(masterdrol 20), Superplexx II, and now this cycle.
I go for bulk muscle with definition. The lethargy sucks that comes with these cycles so caffeine is my friend and the extra strength is good but it doesnt matter all that much to me because I end up loosing it after about 2 or 3 months anyways after my cycle is over, but I always manage to keep 90% of my gains so this is what im after. Keeping 5-8 lbs a cycle adds up after a year or two of working out.
My Advice to the NOOBS
Only take cycles with a solid understanding of how to create good preventative stacks along with a solid PCT. Anything less is counter productive and could be problematic. So Educate yourself and be the smarter person, knowledge is power. Lastly lets get off the misconception that P.H./D.S. can make you look big like Arnold or super strong like bull. As you can see from all of my logs thus far NONE of these cycles I have taken ever taken and logged have made me HYOOGE. They have simply enhanced what a good diet plan and diligent hard workouts and exercise has to offer!

Im excited to get this cycle put together. I choose to go with Competitive Edge labs becuase every log I have looked into people have rated them A++ Also on their site they have proof of really good ingredients they use to make their batches strong, and honestly to boot I thought the price was right. I am burned out on Superdrol clones so Phera-Plex clone P-Plex is the next best so I decided that would be my choice. Ive only done P.P in Superplexx II but it was mixed with sd hd and pp, anyways I think this is going to be a really good cycle xing my fingers. I dosed today and I didnt get any negative reactions so it looks like its game on! I hit my Mon. work out as usuall noticed nothing different other than it felt good to pump it up.

Seems awesome, I shot you a PM asking you a couple questions about it.
Quick question though - don't you think stacking a SERM with an AI is a bit overkill? There was a thread on these forums recently where a couple guys were saying it was too much.
Also, I'm no expert on the subject but maybe it would work better to start with a SERM and then taper off to an AI?

that is exactly right. Im going to do 4 weeks of serm and on the 4th week start my AI tapering down the dosages slowly everyweek.

Actually there was only 1 before pic in the Superplexx II log. The pics you speak of are the after pics in log and those were taken about about 3-4 months ago I was 216.0 lbs back then and now I am 218.0 and climbing. Sry but that was all I had at this time. I posted my current updated measurements so this will be another tool along with the after visual pics I will post at the end of this cycle to help track the results of this log...

I didnt get to post yesturday because my modem fried out. I went to my cable place and it was closed due to power outage. So I went to another place cable suggested and the building was still being built. Then they closed for the day.
Im going to review both days yesturday and today.
Lets start with yesturday I noticed I was not sore like I usually am the next day that was really unusual but awsome none the less.
Today I finally felt a little sore but supprisingly still not as sore as I should have been. I worked out with a partner today and man that really helped keep me jazzed up in the gym. I felt a little more endurance today than normal in my routine, & pumping out a good sweat always feels good to me.
Also I found something really cool to keep track of my 1 gallon water intake everyday. So, I went shopping for meats and stuff yesturday at Walmart and I found this 1/2 gallon water bottle that just kicks ass for 3 bucks it is a major benefit to my everyday lifestyle.(i found a new friend lol) I just fill this baby up 2x's a day and bam = 1 gallon. Even has pull out drink tab on the top..

Hi im gonna def follow this thread as i am about a month away from starting p plex myself. I was gonna stack it with h drol. I did a phera plex a few yrs back and did havoc last year. Is it wise to stack the hrol with the pplex or u think its better to run it alone? Im looking for some size gain. Right now im around 220ish and have been working out for about 5 years. Any input is greatly appreciated

Welcome aboard
My first question to you is are you going for a cut look or are you bulking? If you are looking for size gains then take them both together. If not then go 3 weeks pplex "wet gains". Then on wk 4 start overlapping the hdrol "dry gains" and carry out the rest of your cycle to give your muscles that harder look. Remember to increase incrementally into the higher dosages, because your 220lbs. Good Luck brah!

Well so far today has been my best day yet in my opinion. I had so much endurance today it was incredible to say the least. Also I felt a small amout of strength gains as well. I didnt have to wait so long inbetween sets, because I just could not feel the burn out because of all the energy in my muscles today specifically during my french presses, seated presses, and crunches. I did feel my preacher curls along with a couple of other routines I did today and I had to rest about the same time as usual. So with all that said I am lead to believe this cycle is starting to kick in woohoo! I didnt over do it today though, and I just keept my sets the same as always except I did put on 3 lbs more to my french presses and +6 lbs to my seated presses, and tore right through em. :p Now this might not sound like much but when you add a even a few more pounds to your max lifting weight it feels like a ton. I really want to keep it easy going this week dispite how I feel. I dont need any injuries and im thinking ill just work it up slowly. Next Monday I want to push it a bit during that week.
I can feel the difference in this cycle then the other cycles I have done but ill wait until tomorrows day to see how that goes and then ill explain the differences.

I felt better in the gym today then outside of it. The best way I could describe it was like a state of eurphoria- a feeling of happiness, confidence, or well-being
Outside of the gym,.. honestly im REALLY HUNGRY. After 2 loaded ham sandwiches fruit and such, 1 Hour later its like I didnt even eat anything for lunch all day and I had to eat 2 more oatmeal protein bars. I have a eating schedule but man im thinking of adding a few snacks inbetween my snack times. :D

Well my workout week is done for this week. The weekends I take off to rest but I did say I would explain the difference between this cycle up to this point and the others I have done.
I think this cycle is different than the other cycles because I can feel it mentally as well and not just physically. I seem to have a ton of energy through out the whole day, along with a euphoric feeling here and there. Im usually lethargic and laggy through out the day on all my past cycles but its still early in this cycle. Ive never gotten the euphoric feeling either. Ive heard of it but I personally have never experienced it until this cycle.(might be the 4-andro.)
Physically I ususally feel the increased strength in cycles(they always go away after cycle is over) but with this cycle there is soooo much more endurance. The wait time inbetween sets are extremely minimal. Its like hitting the next set with a blood filled, pumped up, non fatigued muscle. Probably all the extra test.. I am starting to feel the slight strength boosting as expected but also what I find different than all the other cycles is that im not all sorts of sore the next day, even with the small extra weight I added in yesturdays routine I feel nothing today. I can say this is way Awesome! I cant wait until next Monday to get started again and also I up my P-Plex to 30mgs everyday as well.

Then I figured I would just eat at the buffet today because of my insane hunger cravings and so I did and let me tell ya I tore through 7 plates of food brahs.. 1 plate O shrimp, 2 plates O muscles, 2 plates O peppered steak with cooked onions(that was the bomb), 2 egg drop soups, 1 plate of misc food, and 1 plate with fruit, oh ya and mah fortune cookie.(fortune tells me to use my energy for positive things) That sounded good to me. Ill use all that food energy to GROW biatches!
Then the little oriental girl brings my check and tells me to have a nice day. I was going to be like, im not done yet u *&^%# but then I was like *BUUURRRRPPP* ahhh hell ya! Im full..lol

The weekend went good I won both bets I had in the NFL football world. But my lady got some kinda cough and fever cold that im all paranoid about getting. She got it from her office that she works at. Now im wearing a bandana around my face like the old western cowboys used to do to keep the dust out of their faces or for a stick up. As ridiculous as that sounds its working.
Also I have noticed, and im hypothetically speaking here, but since last friday I seem to be getting the short fuse syndrom. Simply put, I can feel alot more aggression, and also ive been getting irritable really fast. I normally dont feel this way, so I figured with the extra motivation on Saturday I felt like just working out on the treadmill with some hills programed in it to get in a little more cardio to burn off the excess energy. Thats how im keeping every thing balanced.
Today I will be upping my P-Plex from 20 mgs to 30mgs until the end of the cycle, so im curious how that will effect this weeks workouts. Also it felt really good to get in the gym today. I was a little stiff from the off days but once I started working out it all fit back into place. I added and extra 2.5 lbs to my french presses today and the rest of the workout routine seemed still have that high endurance level as well as some aggression energy added to it. Since my cycle started I havent been getting sore at all like I normally do lets see if this will hold true for tomorrow..Im xing my fingers. :)

Not feeling the euphoric feeling today or over the weekend in fact its more of an aggression, but thats ok there is a theory in chaos, Mine is ill just use the extra agressive energy and put it in come cardio routines to keep everything balanced. My endurace is still up and I really enjoy this feature with this cycle the best so far, I bounce back extremely quickly inbetween sets and also the added aggession is giving me some excess energy to do some extra chores and stuff around the house.
Appetite:
I still have that hunger stimulation sensation. Not as bad as last week but I feel the urge to consume alot more portions of food to keep my appetite at bay. For an example I used to eat a small steak and a few eggs with bread and fruit in the mornings. Now I have to eat 2 chicken thighs and 3+ eggs with some fruit and a slice of bread and heck throw in the steak, and or potatoes while your at it because I will eat it.

My boys are all good, and as of late my sex drive has hit the roof, to bad my lady is sick. :(

First off I named my new 1/2 gallon drinking container "Waterloo" Just in case I refer to it some where in this post. I know this may sound kinda odd but it goes everywhere I do so it only seemed right that it should have a name. :D
Secondly, today was just one of those great days you have in the gym. I definitely felt my strength increase, and mix this with the added endurance ive had as of late makes me feel like I needed to add more weights to my routines. I just felt like it wasnt enough weight today. At one point I was wondering if I was even going to get a solid work out because I was pumping it to the max with ease, and then I was suddenly done with all my routines. I figured I would just keep my weights at my normal max and then on Thursday start adding on some extra weights.
Lastly, I really dont want to over strain my ligaments at this point. This seems to be a common mistake people make because they feel the anabolic effects and over do it because its so easy to do. Then they end up posting in the injury part of this forum.

My aggression is down and I still felt greatly focused and energized both mentally and physically during my work out today. I had pumped so intensely that afterwards I felt like someone just sucked all the juice outa me physically. I felt very fatigued and I felt like I could have taken a nap. As soon as I was done I took my Protein shake, some L-glutamine, 4-adro., and a zink mag. calcium, and one Airborne(keeps immune system up) I took this because my lady is still kinda sick, and I dont want to get it. Also I wanted to get bodys normal state of balance back asap.
Appetite:
At this point im keeping my eating times the same & im just eating alot more. When I hit the scale today I saw exactly why ive been so hungry lately. The scale read 221.5 lbs this was a record for my weight..woohoo. My goal is to hit 230.0 lbs.
I started lifting again at the end of 2007 and I weighed 198-202 lbs. So im slowly getting there.
I ended up going out to eat at a really kick ass Italian buffet called Cinzzettis. Im not much for Italian food but that place rocks and my lady wanted to go there so I said lets go. If anything I could only pound down 3 plates of food. This is because the food there is very heavy. Its mainly alot of chicken,pastas bread and fried stuff. After dinner I had to hit the desserts because that place has the bomb desserts, so I cheated a little on my diet but I dont mind because I rarely do it.

Today I had a good work out on the Legs today. I really felt the need to push it so I upped my weights in leg raises about 6lbs past my max, and I definitely felt the swell in my legs. I put only an additional 10 lbs to my max Leg Curl (Lying down) weight on my last 2 sets of 10. Of course I had to work slowly up to this weight but it in the end it was quite the awesome pump afterwards. The cardio was a little sluggish at the start but I got through it. I was climibing 10 grade hills at a fast walking speed of 3.5 mph, and this I felt working the heck outa my calf muscles. Overall a good day.

Well I rated today good because I had a ton of energy in the gym and I was knocking out my sets in a hurry but about 75% of the way through it my endurance fell short. I was feeling some fatigue finishing my leg routines and I was really sluggish on the tread mill. This might have been because of all the extra weight I added to my leg routines as well. This is not and uncommone thing for me either because for some reason every time I work out my legs it takes alot out of me than lets say than working the upper body.
My aggression has seem to diminish over the last few days and I have been in a really good mood as of late. Im wondering if on my rest weeknends I get a build up of raw energy that goes sour because im not using it, and my aggression goes up??
Appetite:
Steak and eggs n bread and fruit, trukey & ham sandwhiches, and chickens with rice and potatoes bread. :) Today im not super hungry, dunno why?

Today was mostly a normal day at the gym. Strength and endurance is still up but not really enough to warrent any weight increases in my back-arms- routines today. I just didnt really feel it get to that point, so I just stayed with my normal max for the rest of my routines, except I did get 5 more lbs on my seated presses over my normal max on my last 4 out of 6 sets today so that was cool. My lady says she can see my bf % decrease around my stomach and she says my arms and chest are getting a little more defined. Heck its only been 11 days so its still early to really see anything major.
I know this is going to sound funny but sometimes when I drink to much protein I get atomic ass gas. Im not sure exactly why. This happens mostly when I drink my protein shakes within 2 hours of each other.

Today was another one of those days with not a lot of energy and my endurance was slightly down compaired to a few days ago. Mentally im still way amped up on this cycle.
Appetite:
I was hungry today.. gobble gobble. Breakfast 4 mini steaks and eggs. Lunch was some decked out ham and turkey sandwiches dinner I paid 6 bucks and went and filled a container full of food at the Country Buffet. They dont weigh their food there and basically you can get as much as will fit in your styrofome container. I managed to fit 4 ribs, a 6 oz thick and juicy steak, beans, salad, cinn. roll, 3 fish, mashpotates, 1 bbq chicken, corn and a few fried okras.
I ate everything minus the fish. :p

Great workout today. Something just pulled me into the gym today, I guess I felt like working out subconsiously. While I was pumping out a good sweat I felt the need to add an additional 6lbs to my butterfly and 10lbs to my bench and I did, but I had to cut out a set out of both of those because as I wrote yesturday I felt my ligaments under my armpits start to strain from the extra weight I added to my max weight. So I was like op thats it for that. My cardio was a breeze today and I felt like a donkey with a carrot strung out in front of my face, because I just keept going and going.
The end of this second week I will say that I am feeling like my strength went way up and my endurance fluctuated a times but was still overall way above normal.
Im not going to lie im badly in need of some rest time so im glad today is Friday. I always work out 5x a week but I have been hitting it really hard while on this cycle and my body is all sorts tired and sore this week..time to rest and grow.

I felt so energized today and pumped to the max. I just wanted to get in there and shred through my routine today, and I did. I workout out until burn muscle/ligamet burn outs today. After my workouts I have been drained but this is not the case today. Im still energized and im in a really awesome mood.

I was hungry this morning, Chicken and mashed potatoes. korn okra. Pretty much my left overs from yesturdays feast. Im going to eat some chicken for lunch and who knows for dinner? Its still to early to tell.

Good luck with this mate, just ordered some P-plex to run in 6 months or so. Have you thought about upping calories more? Im using m-drol at the moment and am hovering around 4500 per day. Subb'd and will check back when you update

After a short weekend rest I came back into the gym today just tired and achy. I dont feel like I have fully recovered from last weeks balls to the wall workout week. I was considering taking today off just to give myself another recovery day but I said nah and I got in the gym today and lifted anyway and I felt it. The muscles in my body are tired. I can feel it when I lift because I just dont have the stamina and endurance and my muscles have a dull achy feeling to them during my sets instead of getting pumped. Also I can still feel last Fridays work out in my chest and im still sore in the armpit area(left pec) from the extra weights. So today was sluggish. I drank my gallon of water and I plan on going to bed early tonight in fact, im going to sleep right after I finish this log. Im hoping tomorrow will be a better day. Good news is that over the weekend I gained 1lbs.

Recovery can be tough to get right especially on cycle when your trying to train balls to the wall. Good to see you got through the session anyway & im sure tomorrows workout will be large

Today was way better than yesturdays ****ty day. I got a alot of sleep and I ate well through out the day to. I dunno if this makes much sense but everytime before bed when I drink a protein shake for some reason I wake up feeling really refreshed, and almost all my soreness is gone for the next day as well, compaired to when I dont drink it before bed.
So I hit the gym today and I felt alot more endurance as well as feeling moderately energized. I added about 15 lbs to my max bench presses today but I had to drop a set due to strain. Also I added 2.5lbs to my butterflys so thats up 3.5 lbs in total to this point. Again its nice to get the increase strength gains while on the cycle but how much will I keep after its all over is the real question. The cardio on the treadmill was a breeze! It gets the ol blood pumping everywhere through out my whole system and I really liked it today because I felt really motivated afterwards. With all the inclines on the treadmill I can feel it working the heck out of my calfs which need it. I am doing the cardio to get some increased stamina and to lose some extra bf %. Theres nothing worse than seeing a 200+ lbs muscled up guy walk up a few flight of stairs and having to stop to catch his breath because he doesnt have any stamina.
All together it was a good day and im glad it wasnt a drag like yesturday! I hope it gets even better for the rest of the week.

Ok so I had to go shopping for food today because I was running outa meats and such. so today was a bit skimpy but it is what it is.
Chickens, rice, beans, bread, and a quiznos 8 inch peppered steak stacked with onions lettuce and such. Im going to eat something here soon im getting hungry again.

I had a great leg workout today. I felt I had alot of energy in the gym dispite the fact that my leg routines drain the most energy from me, and after it was over they did just that. The impressive news today was that I added another additional 10lbs to my last 10 reps doing my Leg Curl (Lying down) routine. Last week I added 10 lbs over my normal max weight with this same routine so this makes it a combined total weight of 20lbs added over my max. I thought that was excelent. It felt heavy but my hamstrings took it like a champ! It wasnt like I felt a straining sensation or anything, but I did grunt to get through the last 10 lifts because of the burn. My other leg routines today were pretty much unchanged from the previous weight increases I have mentioned earlier in this log.
My cardio was good but there was a snag. About 10 min into my cardio I started to feel a bit shaky and I got hungry like I needed something with sugar anything with sugar. My lady says that the treadmill will burn alot of my glucose in the beginning part then it burns my fat. Its more complicated than that but thats what I caught. I realized I havent really eaten any fruit or sugar so I ate some apple sauce and a granola bar and some chocolate vanilla pudding and it was yummy then it went away and all was good again. During my cardio session I didnt feel the fatigue in my calfs today like I felt it yesturday, so hopefully that is a sign their getting stronger. Let me take a few min to explain my cardio routine. I have a Golds Gym 450 treadmill and it has alot of preset programs on it such as P1, P2, P3, and so on. P1 is like walking with variant speeds but it has a max speed of 3.5 mph and its max incline is 5.0% for 1 min or so . P2 has the same max speed 3.5 mph with max inclines to max at 8.0 at 2.0 mph for 1 min or so. The difference between the two is that I think P1 is harder because it has a 9 min. stretch with varying speeds 3.0-3.5 mph with incline variations which keep my breathing hard and steady compaired with P2 which slows its speeds down with its inclines which feels so much easier. I can feel P1 working my calfs so much in fact that sometimes I have to step off to the sides from time to time because my calf muscles feel like they are going to explode outa my skin becuase of the intense workout. Also I can feel P1 working my whole calf better than lets say doing calf raises with weights, and what about P3? I think P3 is really hard because its a combination of P1 and P2 but with a max speed of 4.0 mph and I dont even know the max grade because I never made it that far. I only lasted 10 or 12 min. with P3. I can remember that it was really hard to keep up with the pace and that my muscles started burning out from the inclines and I got really tired and then all I remember was it launched me off the back of the treadmill and I went flying. :D
I just stick with P1 Tuesday and Wednesday and ill do P2 on Fridays its a good sweat.

Today was way beyond awesome! I would have to go as far as to say that today has been the best day ever that ive had since I started weight lifting! I mean I really shook the pillars of heaven today. I walked in the gym with my normal intention to go and get a good work out. I started off by hitting the preacher curls and all of a sudden after a few sets I felt this overwhelming explosive surge of energy mixed with endurance and an alpha male syndrome. It was kind of like getting a high. I said ok since I have this feeling I will just go for it today and really see how strong I have become just to see for myself if it was time to raise the bar for my min/max standard of weights I should lift for my arms and back routines. This was my whole intention I lifted for today and so I started testing on all my routines and I demolished all of my old personal records in every routine I tested today. I was hitting well above 5 lbs min over my max lifting capacity and in some cases such as in my seated presses I hit 10lbs over my max lifting capacity, and I still felt like I could add more! I thought to myself I will add more weight but then I started getting that voice telling myself that what ive added up to this point was impressive, and I then I went on thinking that maybe I shouldnt over do it or something might happen and I wouldnt be able to lift again. I felt so swollen full of pride that I did raise the bar today because this means that when I start off lifting in a particular routine I will set the minimum weight level a bit higher and slowly increase to my new max lvl, depending on how I feel of course. After I got done working out today I felt as if I didnt work out. I mean usually I am fatigued but today I almost did some extra cardio because I just didnt feel like I pumped out enough sets. Its like I told ya earlier that surge feeling was really off the hook! I also gained a few more lbs today so im all sorts of stoked about that as well.

Today was the best day ive ever had in the gym. I had so much energy today I felt like I could run a marathon. My endurance was the highest its ever been. I just never could get that burn out feeling in my arms and back today. I had to rest a bit here and there of course but I would go back and nail another 2 sets and it was like I never even hit any sets earlier. Also I had a huge strength increase that just blew my mind. Im sure some is natural and some is cycle but it was off the hook today. Lastly I had an overwhelming sense of positive energy along with a feeling of power. I felt like I turned into a damn super hero today. I am AWESOME MAN! :D
Appetite:
Good today: steaks, eggs, decked out sandwhiches, fruit, granola bar, bread, and a huge dinner but im not sure what that is yet.

Im glad its Friday and this would be the end of week 3 for this cycle. This week started off so bad and the second half just really kicked ass. I feel bigger and stronger for sure this week I can notice it as well as feel my skin is tighter around my body. I broke my PR with my body weight 223.0 and with almost every random routine I do such as the preacher curls +15lbs , French presses dumbells +5lbs, bench press +20 lbs butterflys(lying down) +3 lbs, seated presses +10 front leg lifts +10 leg curls(lying down) +10lbs. So far I can say this cycle is very good stuff. I had 1 Epic day yesturday with my arm workout routines and today was a good chest work out along with some 30 min cardio. I had to cut out 2 sets on my bench presses and butterflys(lying down) because of the extra weight but its way worth it because I feel like im getting a good workout. I would say this was the best week yet in terms of results. Im ready for the weekend to take a rest and hopefully grow! :D

Im getting back at it today after a good long and restful weekend. I had a great weekend playing frisbee golf and getting together with all my friends for the superbowl. I missed yesturdays workout because of a late Superbowl Sunday night. Its alright though because it just gave me another day to rest and grow and get even stronger. I hit a PR in todays body weight and PR in todays routine. Honestly so far this cycle with pplex and 4 andro. has been the best cycle ive ever done at this point when your talking PR's in workout routines, strength gains, endurance, lean muscle weight gains, and all the mental euphoric states as well as the alpha male feeling. After this week ill have another month to go with this cycle and im staying positive that it will get even better. I have read several logs and articles and they state that the 4-Androstenediol takes about 3 or 4 weeks to really start kicking in, so this might explain the extra boosts ive been getting. Your testosterone level is a significant factor in gaining lean muscle mass and increasing strength and size To all this I say hell ya.. testosterone is Alpha! In either case they are working very well together.
So today I hit the gym with alot of enthusiasm and I ended up getting another mega strength boost today. I pushed my butterfly (lying down) routine up another notch adding another 2.5 lbs per arm for my last set. This totals +11lbs all together or +5.5 lbs(another PR) per arm on top of my normal max weight. I could only hit it for 1 set because my ligaments under my arms pits were straining and now they are a little sore today. This probably means they will be really sore tomorrow, but I hope not. Honestly im feeling bigger and stronger you can definitely see the new muscles in my arms, chest, and legs buldging outwards. Im thinking after this week ill measure all my stats again and compare the results to my starting measurements to see how much of a difference I have made up to this point.

What I cannot believe is that usually by now I start getting a bad case of lethargy and I have not gotten any of the sort. My energy was great today and it was especially great after I had gotten that strength boost today. I had that lets GET 'R 'DONE attitude through out the whole day.

My appetite is still up. Today meals included: steaks, eggs, bread, beans, loaded turkey and ham sandwhiches, clam chowder.. and a pork roast with who know what all kinds of side dishes for dinner.

Thx Top A. Since I hit 200 lbs Ive found it really hard to gain more. If I can get to 230lbs then it would have taken me a 1 year an 4 months of working out a min of 3-5 times a week. Ive definitely hit the anabolic state in this cycle so im just going to ride it as far as it will take me. Also my strength gains & weight gains are also the best ive ever had compaired to any of my other cycles, but they usually always go away once its over so hopefully my natural strength stays boosted as well once the cycle is over. I would be very very happy to hit 230 lbs starting from 218.0 lbs while on this cycle.

My started like this..My lady upped the hot water heater today and for some dumb reason she put it on max and hit the reset button and who knows what else, so when I went down to the basement water was coming out of the water heater and all over the floor. I know she was trying to help but still if you dont know anything about water heaters dont just go and start pushing buttons and turning knobs without knowing what they will do lol. Anyways so I walked into the basement and it was all sorts of humid and all my pipes had water dropping from them because of all the condensation. The reason she was tinkering with it was because as of late we have been having some water heater problems. The problem is that if you take a shower you will only get 5 min of hot water then it get cold. Today I drained it and released the pressure so hopefully that works and if not then its off to get another one$:($. Man, let me tell ya if it isnt one think its always another. If all that stuff I did to it today still doesnt make a difference I guess Ill be taking some really fast showers until I get a new one. :)
In the gym my legs feel so stong today and I also got a bonus today because I didnt get that really super draining feeling after I worked out the legs like I usually do so that was great. On to my cardio session I think im getting second thoughts regarding my treadmill vs the bike. Im starting to think riding my exercise bike had better results than my treadmill. I mean I burned alot more belly fat with the bike than im seeing with the treadmill. The only thing I can say is that the treadmill really works my calfs and I really like that. So I am not sure which one I should continue on with. Does anyone know anything about all that stuff just wondering?

Strangely I have been having problems sleeping all the way through the night. Ill start off sleeping really good then sometime in the early mornings ill seep then wake up then sleep wake up kinda thing. I usually just crash all night long and only get up if I have to piss or something like that.

Kind of mello day but I had a good energy all day long. In the gym I worked out and it seemed like it went so fast. The only way I really knew I got a good work out was because I had sweat on my bandana that wore on my head.
Appetite:

Todays workout I was concetrating on the bi's and tri's, forearms, and my abs. These are always my favorite work out days, other than my right elbow was hurting today, so I wrapped it up really good and carried on with my work out routine. Other than that theres not much else to mention other than I got a great pump and I ate really good.
I also decided to just continue with the treadmill instead of going back to the bike for cardio. I figured ill give it a chance all through out this cycle and to see the results compared to the bike.

Really I felt like I was just trying to get through the day. My energy was good and my endurance was normal. I have noticed that im getting tired early on in the evenings, but I feel energized in the day so its not lethargy which is awesome and so far I can live with that.
Appetite:
Hungry but not like want to stuff my self silly like it was in the beginning of this cycle. Todays foods: Chicken, rice, bread, salad, and a chineese buffet with 4 plates of shrimp, egg drop soup, noodles, sesamie chicken, muscles, onions and steak, egg rolls, and fruit. (my fortune cookie said something about to keep the promises you make) So I figured I promised my self 230 lbs im going to get it. It was either that or it possibly meant that im going to the playboy mansion. :D

Wohoo 4th week down. For some reason it still feels like the third week. Im think im going to up my 4 Andro. next weet by another 400 mgs so it would be a total of 1000mgs. If I can squeeze out some more test while on this cycle then I think that will be really beneficial for the last month of this cycle.
Im really glad this week is over because with all the extra weights ive been lifting in all my routines this week im just feeling really taxed today. I really am glad to rest a few days because all the my muscles in my body are beat.
Today I had to hurry in the gym and blast out all my routines and I did em all in one hour and 30 min.(30 min being the cardio) The reason is because I got a late start and I had to go and do some errands before all the stores closed. My chest and my shoulders are really feeling the fast paced work out today, I mean they are getting a little stiff.
Heres this weeks follow up... I really dont get out that much any more because ive been all hell bent on eating, sleeping, and training then repeat and the days seem to go by fast. Now on this forth week I can tell im standing out way more than usual because while I was out today I noticed people were staring at me every where I went. I would see people just watching me and staring at my arms and such. It was different thats for sure. Also this fouth week ive noticed alot of changes physically. My shirts dont fit my chest or my arms or my neck anymore, and my pants are really tight to the point to where I dont need my belt anymore, they just kinda stay in place. Lastly my veins in my arms and shoulders are poping out all the time now. Before I would have to really pump em out to get the veins to pop out so im happy about that because it was hard earned and looks cool! :D Overall im getting noticeably way bigger and it feels awesome. Gimmie 2 days rest and bring on next weeks workouts!

I had a great weekend. I went and played some frisbee golf and won woohoo, watched some of those cage fights and jamed out with the band. The only down side was that some where I ended up getting some kinda sinus problem. I mean I went to sleep last night and my sinus was burning on 1 side in the back by my throte. I woke up today and I had it burning on both sides, and now my nose is running so I have to blow it from time to time and also im feeling a little tired because of it all.
The good news is that over the weekend I grew even more! Also I had good workout today as well but I was a little stiff in the beginning but half way through it I warmed up and then it felt awesome. Im only going to take Airborne for my sinus cold. Its got all sorts of good stuff in it including L- glutamine vitamin C and tons of other goodies so thats a bonus there that I need. I am hoping that does the trick along with my other supplements. Lastly I upped my 4-Androstenediol from 600mgs to 1000mgs today and I ordered my last bottle of PP, but I decided to change the P-Plex($24.99=90caps) to a bottle of Phera-Mass from Kilo Sports($19.67=60caps). Phera-Mass has the same ingredients as P-Plex its just a different brand name. I did this because its way cheaper and I only needed 60 more caps to finish off this cycle. Also I wanted to see if their was much of a difference between the two that I will also log.

Today I woke up and all my muscles were aching today. That damn head cold moved into my lungs and all through out my body, so I did what any die hard weightlifter would do... I dosed up on a bunch of vitamin C and took some Airborne and got in the gym and trained! Its going to take alot more than a small head and chest cold to stop me from this weeks routines. Its ironic because while I was working out I felt so much better than just sitting around and hurting. I figured it might help to sweat it out as well. After I got done with the weights I hit the cardio, now this routine I was weary about doing this because I didnt want to aggravate my lungs any further because I know for myself its easy to do, so I just made up my own custom program involving more climbing pitches rather than speed. It worked out my glutes and calfs and I did get a little bit of cardio in. I felt really good during my routine and also about 2 hours after that and then my coughing fits came back along with my runny nose, clogged ears and im a little feverish. Its sucks but its not getting any worse than it is now and so im hoping tomorrow will be better... im hoping... The good news today is I hit the scale this morning and gained some more weight...woohoo! Im 2.5 lbs away from achieving my long term goal of 230 lbs.. :)

Thanks buddy. The PP is not whats killing my libido its this cold ive just gotten on Monday. The Body pains, lung pains and coughing kill it.
The higher test % owns with 4-ad. This has been keeping everything in a normal to high range, such as my libido and also its keeping the lethargy out of the equation allowing me to go on longer cycles. The 4-ad alone is best anyways on an 8 week cycle and since its a non methyl it stacks great with a methyl. Ive notice a good attitude, strong drive, and lots strength along with superior muscle gains. Only thing is I will have to do a longer tradtional pct(use of serms). Honestly I wouldnt know if PP kills libido because I have never taken it by itself. Ive always had it stacked with something else.

Thanks again brah! I can train with a cold as long as its not in my lungs or the flu. I mean like when you feel that itch in your lungs that MAKES you cough and its burns so bad because your throte is all raw from coughing so many times before. Then you have to push up the flem and it burns so bad. Anytime I tried to train with this problem it just hurts to bad to breath. Its like someone poured acid in my lungs. In fact this happened to me today ill explain in my log. The flu speaks for itself I think. I mean the fever drains you and the insane cramping body pains hurt so bad it just hurts to lay down.

I can see the light at the end of this dark tunnel from this 3 day old head cold. Today was the pinnacle point with this cold. I woke up this morning feeling like complete ass. This head cold moved into my chest yesterday and also today I still had it in my chest along with a burning sensation and some flem. I went to go and work out my legs today, and man my lungs burned so bad from coughing that it felt like I was breathing in acid vapors. While before and after my leg exercises today I just couldnt catch my breath and my energy level suffered because of this and the lact of oxygen. This made my workout routine very hard to get through. It hurt so bad there was no possible way I was going to hit the treadmill. I broke down and had to take 1 dayquil tab for the pain afterwards. I did pay a hefty price for this workout today, but it was worth it in the end. As I mentioned earlier I believe today was the pinnacle point for this cold. I have been sleeping alot more and also I have been mega dosing vitamin C along with some other supplements to up my immune system and sweat it out. I took it really easy today after my workout that kicked my ass but this evening ALL the symptoms are fading away. I am feeling alot better and im 99% positive im on the down side of this head/chest cold. I might have finally kicked this cold but it put up one hell of a fight.

Woohoo I woke up today and this cold is almost completely gone. I have some crap in my lungs left over but my energy level and endurace shot way up today compared to the last 3 days from this cold. Im glad im getting back to normal, as I stated earlier this week when I first started getting sick that im very determined and its going to take alot more than a small head and chest cold to stop me from this weeks routines. This cold left me my strength and I had ok endurance but it took my energy and stamina away from me and as you can imagine this makes the other 2 qualities pointless and made it very hard to work out. I did make it through it all despite all the set backs..hell ya! This cold costed me 3.5 lbs, which is really no big deal because the way I see it, it could have been worse, and ill get it back because im locked into weight training as a part of my life. Now its time get this cycle rockin again!
I worked out all of my arms, shoulders, abs, and back routines today with relentless determination and I hit a new max on my precher curls 107.5lbs. I tried to get 110.0lbs but that turned out to be a complete no go, so I laughed it off and figured oh well I tried. The rest of my routines went really well, hitting my all my new normal max weight generated while on this cycle. It feels so good to get my energy and stamina back and to boot I got my libido back as well woohoo just in time for valentines day, its either damn im good or damn im lucky! haha... :D in either case it feels great to be back in action!

Im feeling so much better. My nose quit running and my lungs are not burning and im not coughing any more and I dont feel feverish anymore either. All the aches and pains in my muscles and joints have subsided.
I still have some flem in my lungs and my ears are still a little clogged from the head pressure.
I can say I am feeling more energetic and enthusiastic as the hours go by. This in turn is making me feel really positive about getting this cycle back on track and kicking some ass in the gym.
Appetite:
The beast is back. I call all my hunger cravings the beast. Basically if I dont eat then the beast comes out and its not so pretty. So I tamed the beast today with 5 chickens breasts, bacon strips, eggs, sausages, croissant rolls, potatoes, bread, veges so far.....

That would be cool if in fact I did hit a new PR in 4-5 days. Im glad this colds almost completely gone, so thats a great start there! I still have some left over residual symptoms but its not affecting my performace anymore. With the 3 lbs weight loss it is what it is no biggie ill get it back for sure.
Preacher curls are one of my favorite exercises along with the french press. I can really feel the direct focus of energy on my bi's and tri's with these workouts. I feel I tend to excel at a higher rate utilizing these routines. Thx for your reponse Top A. ill cya back in your log here in a min. :p

Finally Friday has arrived. Woohoo another full week done! Im feeling alot better today but I still have alot of crap in my lungs from that cold, all was good today anyhow. I hit the gym with alot better outlook today. Im glad the week is over because I really need to just take a break and rest up, get rid of the remainder of this cold, and grow this weekend. If you have been following this weeks logs you understand what I mean. It will be really good to come back into next Mondays work out routines being 100%.
I did do 30 mins of moderate cardio today. I just custom made a routine so I wouldnt stir this crap up in my lungs causing me to start hacking alot. I basically just started at a 10% grade at a speed of 2.3 and every 3 min after that I would down my grade pitch -1% and up my speed 0.1. until I hit 30 mins. It burned 200+ cals and gave me a moderate pump in my glutes and calfs without irritating my lungs. Again I add cardio 3xs a week because I want to burn off some fat so I can see my abs better and because I dont want to someday be 230 lbs and be all buff only to climb a fight of stairs and have to stop to catch my breath because I have no stamina. That would truly suck and be embarrasing to say the least. As you can see from the pic in post #34 of this log, I do like to get out and play frisbee golf and stuff like that, and the extra cardio it helps.
As I stated again in post #34 in this log today is my last day of taking P-Plex and next week I will start taking the Phera Mass. Since this cycle has changed from the dosages I originally intended in the OP. I will post an update for all the changes I have made up to now and what I plan on dosing through out the rest of this cycle until the end. So far so good today and im excited to get the weekend started.
I didnt weigh myself this morning but ill go and do it right now and see what it reads. Woohoo 227.0. awesome its all coming back after that cold. Top A. was right. That would be so kick ass if after this weekend I hit 230lbs. Thats the first goal I started with when I got back into working out.

Honestly Im glad this week is over. It seems with ever thing there is that really bad moment or that obstacles you have to get through ya know it? Im sure this week was mine on this cycle. It didnt stop me though and like a big rig I mauled through it but it sucked to say the least. Im really happy my weight came back along with my positive spirit. Its amazing this simple attitude keeps me more motivated than ever and keeps me working out 5x a week , and then you see increased results with strength and endruance/stamina and then your body defines into a bigger chiseled version of youself because of all that hard work you put into it. How would that make you feel?..Pretty fricken awesome! :)

Phera-Mass has the same ingredients as P-Plex its just a different brand name. I did this because I only needed 60 more caps to finish off this cycle. Also I wanted to see if their was much of a difference between the two that I will also log.

As you noticed I changed a few things around. I felt the need to separately rate muscle strength and muscle endurance in this log instead of combining them into one group rating as I have been doing in the past. Everyday these are different and I think its important to note the differences in this log.
I had a good long restfull weekend and a good valentines day. I ended up watching alot of scary movies. I aslo jammed out with the band on Sunday and finished one of the songs we were working on, so that was some good stuff there. I figured I would mention this because it gross but funny. My vocalist at Sundays practice was drinking some beers and I used one of the empty cans to chew some wintergreen chewing tobacco(they were the chewing packets kind). I spit a good few times into an empty can and set it down with the rest of the empty cans. My vocalist got a little buzzed and didnt realize that he set his near empty can of beer next to all the other empty cans and he picked up the can I used and chugged part of my spit can. I watched his facial expressions as he swalloed it and he had that look like this doesnt taste like beer then he got that bitter face expression then he grabbed another beer to wash out the taste. It was really gross but we all fell on the floor laughing our asses off. I think that his jedi dumbass move is going to be laughed at for a while :D
Today I felt good but I still have some lingering symptoms from last weeks cold, mainly fatigue and some left over gunk in my nose and lungs.
I hit the gym today and I was little tired but I was looking forward to it mentally. I hit my routines and I hit all my max weight peaks limits. After my work out I felt tired which was off because usually I feel really good. I blame it on that ligering damn cold. Its like a turd that just doesnt want to flush. It is going away though so im good with that. Im exctied for this weeks routines and hopefully I will be getting some good gains as well. Bring it on!

Good log and the layout makes it a nice read. As for the switch up, I personally wouldn't have done that being that CEL is known to have higher levels of the compound than shown on the bottle in regards to lab tests. Just my .02 but I am sure you'll do fine.

Awesome day today I havent had a day like this since day 18 of this log, Its been a while thats for sure. I am feeling back on track mostly. I just have some mucus in my nose from what left over from last weeks cold.
Today in the gym my strength and endurance was through the roof. I finished my routine in record time, while hitting my max lifting weight on all my routines. No PR's today though, but thats alright because I really like days like these. Since I can breath again I hit the cardio hard today(p1). In fact I had so much energy I just felt the need to run for about one min, and so I did. All around it was fun and exciting. I had that super hero feeling again during my workout, I was... I especially liked this video because a lot of folks dont realize how important cardio is. Even the biggest bodybuilders implement cardio into their routine. Ive said this time and time again. There nothing worse than being a b.b. that does not do any cardio and has to stop to catch his breath walking up a simple flight of stairs.

Hit the gym and had a really good leg day. I noticed I go through 1/2 gallon of water just during my leg workouts. I felt really strong in all my leg routines. My endurance was good but not awesome like my strength was. I had to rest a little more after my sets were complete compared to my awesome days. I hit all my reps on the dot which was good and I did hit my max lifting weight in all my routines.( Leg Curl Lying down, Front leg lifts, Squats) At this point my legs were radiating heat and I deffinitely felt the pump. Then I hit the treadmill and knocked out 30 min of cardo P1. I started finally feeling my energy decreasing from my workout as a whole after 15 min into the cardio. I had to jump off the treadmill for a one min. because my calfs were so pumped up they started burning from fatigue. After I finished that I had to walk up back up the stairs and thats when I knew that I had a great workout because every part of my legs were pumped and fatigued. I figure with workouts that leave you feeling like this, that should toughen em up for sure!

Finally got some FOOD! Chicken,Steaks, 3 types of breads, pork roasts, two 18 packs of eggs, pizza, apple pie(cant wait for that) just to name a few. Thursday and Friday im going to the meat store and a few other stores for some veges, potatoes,noodles and other misc stuff like some protein. Im getting locked and loaded to gain some serious muscle. If you want to be serious you need to eat serious.
Today I ate 2 chickens breast, rotisserie chicken, potato salad, salad, peas, 1 slice of apple pie, mixed veges, bread, noodles.. up to this point.

I should be zzz right now but I figured I would do a quick log. I woke up this morning and I just could'nt get going. I mean I went back to sleep when I normally get up in the morning. I felt energy drained would've been the best way I could describe it. Anyways I didnt have any caffeine before I hit the gym and I felt some serious lag along with alot of pains everywhere while working out. I think it was the weather today because if you have every broken your bone or bones there are certain times of the year when it gets cold and your bone or bones ache like they are broke all over again, they just hurt. Also I might be over training this week because my bi's, tri's, legs and parts of my back muscles are tired and they ached all through out the day. Its been a really strange day because I haven't had to struggle through any day like I did today being all healthy. My strength was still there because I did reach my max lifting weight in all my routines. I noticed that after I did all my arm routines I started getting these red blotchy dots on the top part of both of my biceps I took a pic to show ya. They did go away after a few hours after I was done.. I dunno if this is good or bad or what or why they appeared.

I felt drained tired and crappy. I just wanted to take today off and say I need some time to chill, but I know tomorrow is an easy day and its also the last day of this weeks workout routines, then I'll get some badly needed rest and hopefully grow this weekend. Im looking forward to tomorrows routines because I really like to do chest workouts, and also my chest is the only thing not sore or tired on my body this week.

Day 40 and still going strong. Today was the best day of this week. Ive only had a few days on this whole cycle that ive had awesome endurance and awesome strength. The only part I didnt get was the mental alpha feeling or that overwhelming sense of confidence or sense of well being. I think this is largely due to the fact that I was getting completely over that cold that still makes me tired alot. Also im in serious need of some rest time because all my muscles are starting to ache. I intend on just relaxing over the weekend getting some shopping done and drinking alot of protein.

I had a great weekend and man let me tell ya im getting noticeably bigger. I have been told that you can see the increased muscles size in my arms, chest, and my ass. Me personally I can see it everywhere even all the way down to my calfs. Also my weight is on the rise again after that cold two weeks ago, and in fact today I hit a new PR in body weight.
Sorry I missed Mondays log. The reason was because my cable was out. I can only say that its a damn shame I couldnt post in this log yesterday, because yesterday and today have been two really awesome days back to back. I upped my 4-Andro. to 1200 mgs a day starting on Sunday and let me tell ya what a difference that seems to be making. Im going to keep it like this because I think ive hit my sweet spot. I got that super boost of power in my muscles both days and today as usual I hit my normal max weight on the bench press but I felt like I could have broke another personal record today if I wanted to. I could literally feel my shoulders and chest muscles absorb all the weight I put on the bar. I did grunt a bit because of the steady reps I was pushing but it wasnt like I couldnt handle it. Also when I started my flys I hit the full 6 sets including pumping out my max weight for the last 2 sets without getting that strain I have been getting in my tendons under my arm pit. This always causes me to cut the amount of sets I have been doing to 4 or 5 sets of 10 reps. This would be the first time in this log I have completed my full workout routine without stopping from either strain or burnout with my new max weight in these routines I have achieved while on this cycle. In fact this was the same way it was in yesterdays arm-back-shoulder-ab routines only a little different but the same. In the last couple of days I could have broke a few newly aquired PR's but instead I just added on an extra set.........for now.

Oh man I got this pimple right on the inside of my nose and man let me tell ya it hurts like hell. It makes my eyes water at the lightest touch. Haha it sucks because those are the worst ones to get. I laugh at myself because im not used to having it their and it tricks my mind into thinking something is in my nose so I will unconsciously touch it and it hits that nerve making my eyes water and all I can say is ouch not again.. :D

Hey thx Top A., and ya I hope so. Ive been steadily gaining again everyday (after the cold)so that is awesome. I have 8 days left of Phera Mass and roughly 13 days of the 4 Andro left to go on this cycle. Im not eating as many cals as you have eaten on your cycle Top A. just because I dont want to gain any more fatty weight than I have to. I want to recomp so to speak. So far im steadily getting the results I am after so no complaints yet.

Im going to start by saying that my leg days are always exhausting and today was no exception. I procrastinated my workout a bit today but I eventully sucked it up and drank a big glass jar of tea for some caffeine to get amped up and went and did it. My energy was good but I ate something that didnt agree with my stomach and I had to hit the restroom a few times. I drank water during my work out and it just bloated my stomach to the point that when I was doing my 30 min cardio on the treadmill it made it hard to breathe. I got a cramp from walking on the treadmill but I toughed it out and finished all of my routines. An hour or so after my work out it went away. Im thinking it might be from the sweet sauce chicken wings I ate for lunch and maybe the grease and the sauce didnt mix well with my guts. Either way it lagged me out but the caffeine helped to pick me up. I didnt feel uber strong today or super energized during my leg exercises it felt more like I was just going through the motions today to get it done and over with.

For example for the last couple of weeks I have been starting off the week good in some cases awesome and after the mid part of the week I am getting burned out. Whoa its late I got caught up playing my electric guitar. Crap, I got to go and get some zzzz's. After yesterdays bout with some lagg today was just the opposite in fact today was much like Mon. and Tues. awesome days. I had great energy and my stamina was through the roof. I didnt have to wait but a 15 seconds in between sets before I was ready to crank out some more reps in all my routines. Great news as I was feeling the incredible awesomeness I decided to try out my newly grown muslces and I put em to the test. I broke my 4 week old P.R. in my preacher curls again. Last time I got to 107.0 lbs and I couldnt do 110.0 lbs and today I hit 115.0 for the last 10 reps and I was like "hell ya whos your daddy now: :D obviously I am excited about that. I also added 3 lbs to each DB for the french press. I think im lifting right about 40lbs per dumbell. I hit this weight for the last 10 reps. I was supprised, my left arm took it like a champ, but the back of my elbows start to hurt if I put to much weight with this routine so I take it easy. I could have broken another P.R. in my seated press as well but I ran outa weights :( Im going to have to hit up my bros shack this weekend and see if I can score some of his plates. You know your doing good when you dont have enough weights to blast through your new max weight because your getting stronger in some routines. Anyways I thought that was worth sharing. Everything else was awesome today.. Im outa here I really got to get some zzz''s, l8trs...

So this is the last week, the last week of the Phera Mass I should say. Its been a heck of a ride. I cant believe its already going to be spring time soon. I will be doing my measurements all through out this week to compare the final stats at the end of this log. I feel bigger and i can see in it in the mirror and on the weight scale numbers as well as my cloths. I have not measured at all in 2 months so this will be news to me as well.
After the weekend off I got back at it again today in the gym and I felt a little rusty. I just didnt get alot of endurance during my workout today and the wait time to hit the next sets was longer than usual. I was a little stiff but it felt more like achy pains. My strength was good though. I managed to hit all my max weight in all my routines and I got a great pump but I think ive peaked out my weights several weeks ago during those few days I broke all my p.r.'s. Other than upping the weight on my preacher curls last week 115.lbs on my last set of 10, I have not been able to add any more weights to several of my other routines but I have been able to maintain and add an extra set here and there if I feel strong which is all good. I consider my self more of a weight trainer rather than a powerlifter anyways.
So I saved the best news for last I finally hit my long term weight goal of 230lbs. Woohoo! Its has taken 1 year and 5 months of constant lifting no less than 3-5 times a week. I can say its truely a way of life and you really have to dedicate yourself to it and learn what works and doesnt work for your body. What am I going to do know? I figured im this far along so I am going to keep learning it and living the life style. Honestly Ive been through to much up to this point to even want to go back to where my life was before I began. Ive learned alot here on BB.com than I have anywhere else. Cheers for all awesome people who post their opinions/suggestions, and facts.

I was feeling some aches in my joints, and in my muscles including my biceps & shoulders. The lethargy has kicked in.
Moods and Energy:
Im starting to feel lethargic. Before I would just up my 4 andro. and I felt good again for a week or two, but now at 1200mgs im not going to up it anymore so I figure ill push it hard for the rest of this week and wrap things up with the Phera Mass. Im feeling tired after I wake up and during the mid part of the day and after I work out. This is a major drag when you get to this part of the cycle, but theres nothing you can really do because its just a main side effect of every P.H. ive ever done. Im going to up my caffeine intake all through out the day.

Boo for lethargy. I am feeling so drained this week, I mean like really bad. I drank some strawberry tea before I worked out today for the pep and it didnt really help at all. My endurance is falling short of the awesomeness it once was. Today was chest day so I did some flys and some bench press. My strength was good but afterwards I would finish a set I would sit up and I felt like drained of energy. I stuggled through it and I hit max weights and I did manage to complete and all my sets as well. I was feeling so laggy that when I finished my chest routines I went to go and work out my abs on my gym floor and ended up just laying there for a long time like I could have just taken a nap. I finished the abs exercises and I still had the cardio left, so I picked myself up and pushed myself through 25 min. of cardio and I almost just stopped because at this point I felt like a bobble head on the treadmill. I finished the full 30 minutes of this and then I went and laid down on my couch for a while then got up and ate a sandwhich. A few hours later I went out to eat, and I when I got back home im still laggy. It so blows!

Today I beat the lagg. I drank an old spaghetti sauce glass full of tea (2 bags). I had a great work out, in fact today was the best day ive had this week. My endurance, strength and energy levels were really on the up and up today. After the weights I tore through my cardio as well. I wish everyday was like today. After my workout was over I took some measurements of my legs and took a few pics to post in my final Phera Mass ending part of this log. Im getting excited to push through this last week of the Phera Mass!

Today I worked out a variety of upper body routines today because I needed to get some pics and to take some more ending body measurements. I am just about ready to finish the P-plex/Phera Mass part of this log on Friday. My workout routines were 3 sets of 10 about 7 routines, Bench Press, Abs, Flys, Preacher curls, db culrs, French Press,Seated Row (Wide Grip). I felt pretty swollen afterwards thats for sure. Tomorrow im not going to be working out with any weights im just going to do some cardio.

Friday I didnt work with any weights today because I hit a pretty extensive upper body routines yesterday. I was originally going to use the treadmill but instead I ended up hooking up with a friend of mine and we played 3 hours of Racqet ball. It was a blast but I started to feel alot of fatigue in my back and shoulders and then afterwards I sat down to take a break and thats when I started to get really stiff. It felt awesome to just fricken nail the heck outa the ball with the racqet. Talk about getting out alot of stress and aggression that was my favorite part of playing the game.
Saturday Holy stiff and sore pains today.. :D I woke up this morning and im so sore I couldnt even get outa bed without saying OUCH that hurts. I sneezed once today and even that was painfull. I think I might have over did the Racqet ball yesterday. Im so sore in my back and parts of my legs, ankles, and shoulders just to name a few spots. I wanted to hit some cardio on Friday but I didnt think I was going to be so sore today. I liked the cardio I got playing Racqet ball but I dont think I will be doing that anytime soon again, if anything I worked out alot of muscle groups I normally dont use as often. Its seemed like it was so easy to do because when your having fun you dont feel any pain. Ahh well it was fun and I won 4 games out of like 6 or 7..

Im feeling painfull and I have no choice but to rest today. I cant move very good without a ton of discomfort. I wanted to play some frisbee golf today but that aint going to happen. Im going to use my energy today on building a cable tricep push down bar machine. I am doing this because the French press routine is hurting my right elbow something fierce. It doesnt hurt when I do it with the push down bar so im going to try that instead.

P-Plex/Phera Mass overall conclusion:
Im just down to finishing up the rest of this 4 Andro since I finished up the Phera Mass. I found out that Kilosports doesnt even make Phera Mass anymore because it was not a big seller. Honestly I like the P-Plex better than the Phera Mass any day because I just felt PP had more effect in the way of consistency in the spiked strength, endurance and the weight gains I have gotten from it. I really couldnt get any P.R.'s out of the Phera Mass as far as the amount of max weights I was lifting in my routines. Phera Mass was incosistent in the way of the strength boost. I mean there were several days I couldnt hit my max weight consistently like I would do everyday with PP. Also my endurance fell dramatically while on Phera Mass. I mean laggy lifting days, I would be resting for long periods of time before I was ready hit the next set/s.
Comparing P-plex to Superdrol I can say that overall I really like P-Plex better because I didnt get any of the bad sides I usually aways get with SD, and also I gained more weight while on it PP, about 5 more lbs or so. With PP the side effect I could see was alot of pimples on my face and around my hairline, some slight hair loss, and slight a loss in libido(The 4 Andro really helped me keep my libido up) As far as the comparing the strength and endurance boosts it is hard to say for sure because I mixed the 4-andro in the cycle of P-plex/Phera Mass, but I would say the strength gains were explosive like SD but the difference I really noticed was that I had gotten a ton of endurance out of the PP which ive never gotten with any SD cycles. With PP it felt like I could lift and lift all day long and when I did have to rest it was only for a few moments at a time and then I was ready pound em out again. Also another difference was that in all the other cycles I have done either with Epi or Sd or Hd I started to get the lethargy so bad after the 3rd week that it just made me sluggish all day long for the the rest of the cycle. This part of those cycles sucked so bad! One important instance to note was that I took the PP/PM for 8 weeks and only on week 7 did I start to get the lethargy that goes with mostly all PH cycles, so that was awesome to say the least.
I think its really hard to say which look I liked better the SD look which was a lean dense muscle physique or the PP which is more of a wet and bulky muscle look, because I really like em both. If I had to choose one over the other at this point in my physique I would say I like the big bulk look better just because im trying to add on mass and size. I think if I was cutting or recomping I would really like the lean dense look of Sd. I can say that it was a great alternative to Sd and it worked like a champ, way better than I expected and there ya have it.

Since the PP/PM part of this log is done its all 4-Andro. I was excited to try out my new cable tricep push down bar machine that I built on Saturday and it worked awesome. I had to put some tape on the bar and some greese on the pulley and then it felt smooth as glass. It only costed me like 30 bucks to make and it worked great. Ill have to put up a pic of what it looks like. This will deffinitely help my right elbow to recoup from all the strains I have been putting on it during the French Press routine as I talked about on day 54-55. My hours are going to change and I think its time for my routine to change as well. I have been over working my shoulder muscles just through primary and secondary muscle routines so I decided to spread out my work outs a bit.

4-Androstenediol Daily Log
Hell ya im enjoying this new updated weekly workout routine. Today I took 4 caps(4-andro) before I worked out as usual to really up my test % and I went to go and hit my chest routines with my extra 4 x 10 lbs weights my bro gave me from his shack. I hit 3 new p.r.'s today wohoo! The first was in the flat bench press routine I added another 20 lbs to my max bench press on my last 2 sets of 10. The second was on my flys I added another 6 lbs per arm on my max flys on my last 2 sets of 10. I didnt even get that strain I usually get under my arm pits in those routines that forces me to finish early. I pumped the extra weights out like a champ. I felt pretty swole afterwards and im not stiff at all...yet. Im feeling stronger for sure and my endurance was through the roof today which is my fkn favorite part of this cycle. Ive never gotten this from any other cycles before this one. I can just pound out set after set and feeling rushing blood into my muscles giving me that awesome swell without getting the pain. My chest muscles would eventually get tired but I only had to rest for a short period of time and I was able to do it again.. That feeling is the shiit! I seem to always break a record on days like today when my strength and endurance creates a synergy. The third p.r. is another 1.5 lbs to my bodyweight. Man its feeling good to grow beyond anything ive been before. Its cool to see the old limits gone and at the same time it feels awesome to explore the unknown. It keeps it all new and exciting.

Im feeling great today! I woke up with that refreshed feeling which was a nice change after my slight lagg. Maybe its the Phera Mass wearing off. If so then thats all good by me. If not then heck with it because I am just going to have to take the good days with the bad ones. Today was freakin awesome and at this point ive broke every record I had at the start of this cycle. Keeps me focused and positive in what im trying to accomplish for myself. I will post my measurements, pics and stuff at the end of the 4 andro. cycle.

Hey mate, just checking in. Glad to see you hit 230+, good results for a epic log :D Someone at my gym used phera-mass and was unimpressed, not sure if its a purity issue but they used the iforce one a few months later and got much better results. You may be on to something here

Nah not with any of my Sd cycles. I think thats in most peoples heads. I mean you normally lose hair naturally and I think that people get over paraniod while on a cycle that thier losing more hair beacause of it and I really think it gets over exagerated.

Im starting to agree. My hair thinned out when I was 23/24, and has not changed since. I have no bald spots, and is still consider full. At that time I took a hiatus from working out, and was not any supplements not even protein powder. It is hard for me to see how a 3/4 week cycle of SD, havoc, etc can cause that one to go bald or "excessive shedding". Thanks for the input. Awesome log.

Thx Top A. Its all coming along steadily bro. Im going to have to agree with you with the Phera Mass I think its not very good at all. I think this might be the reason they discontinued the sale of it. They couldnt find the purity tests they said that they did on it. Kilosports emailed me and said it was not a big seller so thats why they dont sell it any more. I think people just figured out that it just sucks plain and simple.

Thx for the response Dman. I started lifting again seriously in Oct. 24 2007. 3 to 5 times a week. I weighed in at 202.0 lbs so its taken me only 1 year and 4 months to hit 231.5 lbs. I am sort of recomping though. I want to gain muscle while losing fat. Im doing it the hard way but im getting there slowly and im ok with that. You have already got the lean physique so you should shape up nicely. I think you can hit 230 lbs sooner than you expect if you commit to it.(eat and eat some more) The only thing is that people say they want to be all sorts of hyooge but I dont think they realize how expensive it really is to constantly buy groceries to eat good meals to grow or maintain a high amount of body weight. This doesnt even include your daily supplements such as protein creatine vitamins ...etc. Its costs several $hundreds$ of dollars a month. So theres alot more involved with it than just seeing someone all pumped out and saying to yourself I want to be hyooge like that. But also I believe that if something inspires someone to do it and they can afford it then why not, because you have to start somewhere.
Hey if you or all these lurkers that check out this thread but never post want to see someone gain weight something fierce check out Top Aussies log bro. Ive been following along and I think he started out at like 213.0 lbs and he hit over 235+lbs and hes still gaining. He is an amazing eating machine, and his food pics looks soo good it just makes you hungry after you visit the log. It still helps me to keep my appetite up. I could only imagine how much each pound he gained must have costed him. Do tell Top A.. haha :D

4-Androstenediol Daily Log
Another leg day that didnt drive me into the dirt. I can get used to this for sure. I drank a big glass of tea to knock out the lethargy and I went into the gym with some good energy. I guess this week is letting me know that again its time to raise the limits by adding more to my max weight capacity in some of my leg routines. I hit another p.r. in my front leg lifts. I added on an additional 19lbs worth of extra weight for my last 4 sets of 10. My legs were starting to shake when I hit that last set of 10 but while I was walking off the burn I felt like I had a new pair of legs that were huge. Then I hit another p.r. during my Lying Leg Curl as well. I added 10 lbs to my max weight for 2 sets of 10 lbs I felt the burn out pushing that last set of 10 I had to stop at 7 reps then hit the last 3 just to finish. :p I finished my leg day with some calf raises using the long bar and I was good to go. It seems to be true with me in that I always seem to always break a record/s on days like today when my strength and endurance are awesome it just seems to creates a synergy that is awesome. Im still trying to get used to this new routine because it felt so fast(1 hour or so). My old routine was 2 hours or so. During my old routine I usually hit my abs and 30 min of cardio on top of my legs so I kinda miss it but I just dont have time for all that these days.

Im still trying to shake off the constant slight lethargy that plagues me everyday. Im sure its from the Phera Mass and im going to be happy when I get over it completely. I have been drinking a decent dose of caffeine to jump start my energy level so to speak. Im really proud of my accomplishments thus far which is keeping my outlooks positive. So far this week has been full of some really cool surprises in my workouts.

4-Androstenediol Daily Log
Today is officially 2 months but I have enough 4 andro for one more day so thats cool but lets move on. I was feeling geared up and ready to hit the gym, believe it or not being in the gym is the best part of most days. Sometimes I have bad days like everyone else but what I mean is I seem to do everything all day because other people want me to or they need something done..they say go here and do this or that and asking me questions about how things are going with me and stuff while there attention is preoccupied with something else as if they really care. Its a fake and phoney environment, but when I get in the gym I can get outa that fake world. I leave all that BS outside the gym doors and I get back to doing what I like to do best... bodybuilding and feeling those iron weights working out my muscles and getting the swell. Then I reach that zone to where all of a sudden its just me focused on those reps/sets. This is what I do, and its what makes me feel awesome, now thats the real deal!
Today while I was in the zone I broke..again.. my last p.r. when I was doing the seated press(widegrip) routine. It was only by 5 more lbs on top of my old max weight but I felt it work my shoulders and back really good. I hit this the last 2 sets of 10. The rest of my workout was pretty sweet. It sucks that tomorrow is my last day on this cycle but it is what it is. Its time to put this experience in the books and open a new chapter in my journey to become the beast I can be.

Holy sore calf Batman. Those calf raises I did yesterday did the trick, and today I cant stand up after I sit down without em getting stiff and saying damn my calf are sore today hehe.

My endurance was a little off today, not by much but it did take a little more time to recover from the sets I was pumping out. Also the burning sensations came a little bit quicker. Other than that my strength was through the roof and that kept me positive to use it to my advantage. I was a aggressive twards the end but I felt that tonight there was no place I would rather be other than in the gym.

Thx bro but If I told you, I would have to kill you :) Ive never seen or heard of bunk 4 androstenediol. Im not saying it couldnt happen but ive never read of anyone getting bunk stuff or a company selling bunk 4-andro. for that matter. I talked with PA with this very same question a while back, and he told me theres no real way to tell with 4 andro other than to test the weight per capsule and/or get it checked out. He stated that it was not like 1 ad to where it has an alkaline kind of a burning sensation on your tongue.
I know that real 4 Androstenediol is legal in many countries such as uk and places like that so if you live there it shouldnt be a problem..hint hint haha Honestly I got mine through a friend that had some left over and he told me it was expensive, like how expensive you ask? Well put it this way he could have just gotten aas gear. So I took it off his hands and here I am amazed at how awesome this cycle/log turned out. Now I understand why testosterone is king and so does my lady :p!

I still have to post my final results, pics and all the conclusions. Then its Nolva (the serm) and Inhibit-E. I am going to have to change the pct plan a bit because I only have 1 bottle of Inhibit-E (90 caps)left and things went really smooth with this cycle so I can tone down the amount of Nolva.
Im going to keep the nolva at a standard dose of 20 mgs and then work it down from there for 1 month. I didnt have any estro sides at all and I really dont want the Nolva to block my esto. lvls to the point where it works against me as far as possibly getting some slight gains during pct. I will still continue to work out 5xs a week and you will know this because I will log this into pct and get the final ending stats.
Im thinking somthing like this D-man 20/20/10/10 then on the 3rd week into Nolva hitting the Inhibit E 30/30/20/10= 90 caps. What would your suggestions be with what I have to work with? I just got back from eating all you can eat. I ate lots of steak and other goodies. Its to late for me to post the days events but I will put up todays log in tomorrows update. I have to get some zzzz to and get up early to goto work. I started my nolva pct today 20mgs after I took my last 4 andro caps, I had forgotten that it doesnt taste all that good haha. I can handle most any thing except that taste of sucrolose or however its spelled(fake sugar). Nolva doesnt have that crap in it of course I was just sayin.. I dispise that crap. Anyways and all is good to go but ill explain more tomorrow. g-night .zzzzzzz

This looks like a good solid plan. You know I am not that big a fan of ATD and 6-bromo for PCT but if you have it I see no problem using it alongside the Nolva for PCT. Good luck with it bro and you know I'll be following along.

i've been thinking about 900mg/day for 6-8 weeks. maaaybe more if i can afford it and my body can handle it.
im planning to start a cycle in about 6 weeks or so. i haven't decided what ds i will use yet, but i do want to use 4-AD as the base of my stack.

PCT Day 3 Quick Update
Well friends today is my 3rd day into my pct after a 60 day cycle. I have lost a few lbs in my body weight so far. I ate really good this weekend eating at 3 buffets all you can eat. Im trying to hang onto my weight. I had a good weekend getting in some extra cardio playing more frisbee golf and I even tried to fly a kite lol. My energy is predictable meaning I can count on feeling good in the mornings and the evenings but during the later part of the day I feel like I could take a nap, but its not to bad. I got back in the gym today and im feeling a slight decrease in my performance but then again I was helping this guy move out of his place and into another place for like 4 hours today. It was lots of lifting and lots of stairs, then I came home ate a little and took a power nap, then I got up and worked out my arm routines.
My PCT
Ive decided to go with Nolva 20/20/10/10 and then take Inhibit E 3/3/20/10 3 weeks into the Nolva cycle.

My Final Conclusion:
I went into this cycle with a relentless determination and I got alot more than I expected out of it. This was straight up the best wet cycle I have ever done. It exceded my expectations by far so I will rate this cycle 5/5! Never have I given such a perfect rating before but because I experienced so many awesome improvements it felt great. It was also exciting, because everyday I always noticed or felt something new and improved either in my workout lifts or on my physique! The ending stats also show where the improvements took place.. wohoo
I broke all my personal records while lifting in every routine through out the course of this cycle. Btw, this just didnt happen once this happened up to 3xs in several various routines. I have added a min. weight of at least 10 lbs to all my workout routines in general. I have added a max weight up to 25 lbs to a limited few work out routines such as the Bench Press..etc. All I can say was that it just felt so awesome while it was happening. I am much larger, stronger and my muscles have a fuller look to them. Also I have a larger appetite and I feel great. I cant help but to wonder how much of all this I will keep? I guess I will find out at the end of my pct, I guess we will find out.
Moods, and Energy
I felt really positive through out this whole cycle. I did feel a little aggression here and there but nothing to crazy. It was mostly in the gym if anything. I didnt get any crazy mood swings or anything. My moods were really stable all through out this cycle. Im also thinking because I had so many awesome strength days as well as good endurance days it made me even more determined to succeed and carry on. It wasnt until during the end of this cycle I started to feel the lethargy that comes with most all of these types of cycles but I believe because I was constantly upping my 4 andro from 600mgs to 800mgs to 1000mgs to 1200mgs that keept my test levels from dropping into the low levels and I think thats why I could continue up to week 7 before the lethargy sides started to finally kick in. Im just saying this because normally in most cycles without the 4 Andro, I along with most people start to get a bad case of lethargy during the 3rd week of DS cycles, this was certainly not the case with this cycle. All in all it was a very choice cycle for good energy and staying upbeat mentally and physically.
Appetite:
As you have read I have had to consume a lot of foods that are not exactly heart friendly but I did what I had to do. Now I am trying to eat less bad fats so I dont get that evil cholesterol level high. Example: Im eating egg whites instead of whole eggs and stuff like that. I have adapted to eat like a horse and it is expensive $ but I can afford it for now.. Speaking of food im hungry now lol.
P-Plex/Phera Mass/4-Andro. Muscle Look
Wet. Its kind of a Bulky smooth dense definition.
If you compared this cycle pics with the Superdrol pics you can see that Superdrol leaves you with more of a a lean dense definition.

PCT Day 4 Review:
I know im not a skinny ripped dude im more of a bulky dude, but im working my ass off everyday to get bigger and attain a better physique.
Today I got in the gym and im feeling some strength decreasing in my Bench Press routine. I also got some pain in my left elbow, Ive never felt that before. I put on an elbow brace and pushed through it AOK. Im still trying to hold my weight I am down 2.5 lbs from my top weight on that cycle. I am walking home from work everyday up a hill with steel toe boots on and maybe that might be the cause with the drop in weight??...dunno. Other than that the rest of my work out went smooth.

PCT Day 5 Review:
First thing I noticed today was that my body weight is slightly on the rise again. In the gym I felt like I had an effective leg workout today. I mean theres not doubt im not exactly that beast that was tearing through heavy sets in record time because I had all the endurance that kept me from early fatigue while on the cycle. I would say my routine has become that of a steady paced workout, like something like you would see a jazzed up normal guy do in the gym I guess. Yes im slowly losing my super endurance, but the good news is that so far my strength is still on the up and up as far as lifting at max capacity but the only negative thing is that I cant perform as many sets at max capacity I normally would have done while on the cycle. It was a good day though.

Let me start off by saying that im feeling more lasting energy everyday. I mean I feel better now than I have been during last 2 weeks while I was on the cycle. Im going to say it like this. As I wrote earlier in this log that when I started feeling this cycle kicking in it felt awesome right. Then into week 7 I started getting the sides and then everything sucked not just mentally but also physically I was drained all through out the day because of the lethargy. I had drink caffeine every 2 hours just to function properly thats when this cycle started to suck.
I am starting to feel much better now being off the cycle. Its like a rejuvenation of sorts and the more time ive been off of the cycle the better im feeling. I think now with the toxins out of my body and the suppressions slowly going away that I am slowly getting back to my normal state. I feel alot more energized and my mind has cleared up. All in all im really glad to be getting back to normal even though it was a great cycle.

PCT Day 7 Review:
Friday at last. I decided not to do yesterdays workout routine because I had went out and spent some time to go and socialize with my friends and family. I figured I would just make up the workout today instead and so it did that. I did some Cable Lat Pull Down,Wide Grip Seated Row,Dumbell Single Arm Row, and crunches. My strength and my endurance was steady going which was nice. Again I was happy to get in the gym today and workout. For me the gym is like those people that come home from work and drink a beer after a long day. I come home and drink some caffeine then go and workout. It truly relieves my tension and stress levels and it also gives me some restful sleep all through the night. Im trying to work 6 days a week so I can save some $loot$ for my next cycle of goodies! :)

Ya SD is good but really concentrate to just really keep your progesterone down. Sides ive had was sensitive right nip at the end of week 4 at 40-50mgs(btw the dosages were high because I have done a couple of cycles and it was x2 caps of Superplexx II). As soon as I stopped taking it that went away, and also I had the lethargy. Its great stuff if you gradually increase the dosages. Its worked fast and furious and gave me increased strength and you cant go wrong with the lean dense muscle look. The endurance wasnt that good and the SD effects started to peter out somewhere about the 3 week point in my cycles. It would enhance your already lean physique bro.
What is my next cycle going to be ...hmm.. I didnt want to spoil it but im thinking I might try that new PH that is coming out. It sounds interesting and its called
"THE ONE" by Nutriceuticals 2009 supp of the year

Im really tired today because I did some landscaping today(shoveling and wheel barrowing dirt and loose rocks. I dont normally do this but I was helping out a friend and I needed some extra Ka-ching$. My lower back was so tired and I came home and just zzzz. Then I got up and drank some caffeine and then weighed in and then I worked out my arms and abs. I dont know if I was still kinda tired but I was about 10lbs short of lifting my max weights today. Im holding my body weight nicely and im hoping to pack on some more lbs before my next cycle. Im still really tired and im going to zzz right after this.

PCT Day 11 Review:
Im still maintaining my weight but my strength is decreasing slowly. I cannot lift what I normally used to while on the cycle. Its about a 10 lb difference so far.
Today me and another guy moved a lady in her apt today for some extra $casholas. The only thing I didnt know was that it was going to be up 3 flights of stairs. Its must have taken us about 4 1/2 hours of just steady lifting and climbing up about 25 stairs and that was just 1 way. It was hard work but honestly I was thinking this is got to be good for the majority of my legs. Tomorrow is normally my leg day but im going to give my legs a break, except for my hamstings and calfs. I will work them tomorrow because I didnt feel like I worked them that much today while I was helping move. My elbow joints were really hurting today while bench pressing. Again it was from throwing the boxes and such onto my shoulders along with moving furniture..etc.
In the gym I managed to hit a high set volume of the bench press and flys(lying down) routines. I was utilizing a combination of weight ranging from from med. weights to high weights through my sets. It was enough to get to a burn out stage and I knew I was done for the day. I want to zzz now so im outie fellas...

Hmmm ... I have been following a couple logs of THE ONE here and at PHF. It looks pretty good actually. I have some SD here so that will be the next one and I am considering using it to kick off a Bold cycle. :eek: Considering I said! :D I gotta cut into October for the Mr. PHF contest so we'll see what happnes. If I can get to around 225 by summer and cut down to around 200 by October I will be doing well. I may just toss the cut and keep bulking. Not sure yet. Decisions, decisions...

PCT Day 12 Review:
Today was another physical day walking and climbing stairs all day long. Im so burnt out from the last 3 days even my joints are starting to hurt really bad in the back of my right elbow and a little pain in both my knees. Ive been trying to work extra jobs to get some extra moola$ and get ive been keeping up with everything else including my normal workout routines just read the last 2 days log posts, but it appears that today is just to much. I stated yesterday that I was not going to do my legs today because of yesterdays events but I was going to do my hamstrings and calfs.. I woke up today and I felt my calfs were worked out from yesterday and my knees are completely spent. I figure I will incorporate hamstrings in Fridays workout. My legs in general just need to recover something fierce. Oddly during this killer physically upbeat lifestyle of mine I have noticed a little fat gain around my sides. Im thinking my estrogen level is rising. It makes me wonder if maybe I should have taken 30mgs of Nolva and tapered down instead of 20mgs and tapering.. ahh well no biggie so im going to start my Inhibit-E a week earlier than planned...bad estrogen.. bad. :)

Then when I find that then I will define. I do want to see all my abs .. someday hehe. I figure at this point I will define as I build.
We have a different outlook on "Bold" I think that stuff is junk. You really have to take a sheit ton of for it to even be slightly effective, not to mention how much that would potentially cost?? Not all I say is just my opinion because Ive read many plain ol "Bold" logs and the effects are all similar.. it just not a very effective compound IMHO stacked or not. I stress stacking a real PH 1ad or a 4ad with a methyl compound and man I can promise you that you will see results and feel so awesome in so many ways that you will wonder what took you so long. :D

PCT Day 13 Review:
Wow is this week over yet? :) Its been a rough week but im still hanging in there. Today in the gym I got a good work out. I am positive now that my strength is diminishing and I feel that im over straining to try to lift my max weights I could lift while on the cycle, so im just doing what I can. I can still lift more than before I started this cycle but it still kinda sucks seeing it go but im sure my tendons are happy. Either way I am still getting a good workout and a good feeling in the gym. I did some Cable Lat Pull Down, Seated Press(widegrip) and Lying Leg Curls utilizing a high # of sets with med to high weights. My legs are so done from all the moving and stairs from those couple of days. I didnt think my hamstrings were getting worked out but today I was like holy instant fatigue feeling on the hamys when I worked em out in the gym. I cut the sets short and wrapped it up with about 10 min of cardio on the bike. Im so ready for a break let me tell ya.. Workout: taking this whole week off
PCT Day 18 Review:
Sry for the late post it seems im going to have to reformat my comp. My operating system has gotten unstable.
I have decided to take this whole week off (upperbody only)because of the pain in the back of my right elbow. If you find the tip of your elbow on the back side of your arm and go back maybe 1/2 inch its hurts so bad right in that squishy spot and on the outer side. I have been feeling slight pain for a few weeks now but nothing like it felt after all that extra work that I did such as moving,( lifting heavy up and 3 flights of stairs) and shoveling. I was still going to the gym every night after all that and lifting med to heavy weights. I aggravated so bad that I woke up on Friday and I could barely even make my arm go straight. Even trying brush the back of head hair caused a lot of pain and couldnt do it. Also I have to pop my elbow before I lift anything so it works smoothly. I have been lifting non stop since for well over 6 months and I think I can afford to take a week off from my upperbody workouts and let it heal.
Today I only feel it hurting when I try to bend my arm totally straight then the only pain I feel is on the outside of the point of the elbow in that muscle or tendon. I can touch the back of my head with no problems so it is healing .. slowly. Any one experience this or know of anyone with this problem and or about how long itll take to heal.. plz post.. I will rep ya. thx
Tomorrow I get to do my legs.. wohoo! I am so looking forwards to getting back into the gym. I have been doing some cardio in lou of this time off to maintain my bf #, so I hope that helps.
Everything seems to be going smooth with my overall pct up to this point with no problem arising thus far and I wouldnt have it anyother way.

I like my muscles to stay hard and I like to stay anabolic. Honestly I just dont want lose any muscle or gain any additional fat pockets. I am drinking extra 20-30g protein x3 a day as well as eating steaks and chicken in between those during this down time and putting in some easy cardio so I guess Ill see and post what happens.

Elbow pain? Heh, welcome to old mandom! Here is how I dealt with a similar problem. Mine was and is on the outside of the elbow right on the joint at the insertion point where the tendon attaches to my elbow. I went to PT for my back and while I was there I mentioned to the PT that my elbow hurt and I showed him where. he gave me some stretches to do and it has done wonders to help keep me relatively pain free.
bend elbow 90 degrees and have arm go straight out perpendicular to your stomach. Pull your hand back until you feel a stretch in your wrist. Hold for 30-60 seconds.
With elbow in same position bend your hand down and hold with firm pressure at the wrist. Push your hand more bent and rotate the bent hand to one side or the other until you feel a stretch in your elbow or the tendon that runs down your arm.
Elbow in the same position turn your palm up and bend your hand backwards until you feel the stretch in your wrist. Move the hand side to side slowly until you feel the stretch in your tendon.
Repeat the exercises with your arm straight. Stretch when you get up in the morning and when you think about it throughout the day. Hold the stretches for 30-60 seconds each and repeat them 5-10 times each. Soon you will begin to feel relief.
My elbow still hurts but it is manageable now compared to not being able to lift before.

PCT Day 19 Review:
I played the lotto the other day and I cant believe it I won like $100,000 Im going on a permanent vacation to celebrate, lool April fools.. :p Ok so today is April fools day and I figured I would throw something out there.. just messin around. I wish though right..
Ok well today was just awesome because I got to get back in the gym for my leg day. I worked out so hard and believe it or not I miss the damn burn pain you get from lifting. I felt like a crazy man on my leg routines because I was constantly striving for the the burn and loving every min. of it. :) You got to remember for me the gym is my time to be me and I enjoy every aspect of it. Obviously I am in a great mood today compared to yeserday. I think I get depressed when I cant get my fix. Honestly it just helps me to relieve my stress, builds my confidence, and keep me focused and keeps me balanced.

I woke up at 4:45 am and my first thought is I get to work out today, hell ya! I was so looking forward to getting in the gym and working out my legs that it made my outlook and personality very positve and energetic. The only thing is that it went by so fast that I was like .. that was it? I was like damn why doesnt it seem that way all the other times. Its just that old saying that says "you dont know what you got unitl its gone." Today I was back in the gym just for my legs and I worked my legs so hard today it felt great and I just didnt really want it to end. I would feel the muscle fatigue on a certain part of my leg and think well, thats all that part of my leg is going to take. Then I would find another fresh muscle(*hamstrings, calfs) and work the piss out of those until I was out of fresh muscles. Then I hit my abs then the bicycle cardio for about 10 min. Anyways I think I needed the boost that I got in the gym mentally today. Now Im just trying to enjoy whats left of this energy on this post while it lasts because I wont see the gym unitl next week..

PCT Day 20 Review:
My elbow is getting better but it still hurts a little when I extend it all the way out or pull it all the way in. I would say its at least 75% better. I can say im am glad I took the time to heal it.
In the gym today I took a 25 min trip to absolutly no where on the bike, but I did work up a good sweat. I figured I would at least keep my cardio up during this elbow healing time off. I think tomorrow I will treat my self to a cold brew or 6 or so just because its been forever since ive had a few. If I dont post tomorrow that would be the reason why. All this cardio must be burning some bf because today I weighed in at 227.0 lbs, at least thats what im hoping anyways.
Other than that I think that Jay Cutler our former QB for the Denver Broncos is a cry baby. He never gave the new coach a chance. I know new management is always hard to get used to, but you would think his attitude would've been like ill show you guys how bad ass I am, instead of not talking to anyone saying that he would rather be traded. Now hes screaming that he didnt want to be traded and he is a Bronco. Jay plz let the door hit your ass on the way out of Denver. Its a shame because hes going to see that his elite players such as Marshall and Royal are gone and the grass may not greener on the other side. Just venting my thoughts on that because as you can see im all blue and orange foreva!

PCT Day 24 Review:
Wohoo today was a great day. Why you ask? Because I got to get back in the gym today after that week off due to overstraining my elbow due to lifting heavy of weights imo. My right elbow feels great after that week off. I got all my flexibility back and I got back into the gym today to start off my week with arms and abs. I started off with very light weights to warm up then I hit medium weights to finish off my routines. I used some DBs today for my biceps because I wanted to stay away from the isolated exercises on my biceps such as the preacher curls which hurt and for my triceps and I did the pull down bar because I wanted to stay away from the DB's such as the french press which hurts my elbow as well. I will do these exercises again but I figured I would just get back into it very slowly and with light to medium weights and so far it was pretty smooth for the most part. I wonder how tomorrow is going to feel? Hopefully its all good.

Honestly I was affraid I was going to lose the look in my arms from that week off and thankfully I didnt so right on for that!

PCT Day 24 Review:
I had a very steady workout today. Nothing special except that I was feeling good about what I was doing. Oh ya I woke up expecting the worst with my elbow from yesterdays workout and would you imagine that..it was fine it was a little stiff was all but I was like NICE! So I did something right by taking a week off and letting it heal up. My body weight keeps fluctuating normally between 226.0 and 229.0 lbs. mostly its been going down slowly but If I can keep 8 lbs that would be nice. I eat like a stallion and train like a beast but it never seems to fail that after 30 days I always loose some weight as well as some strength and endurance. I do manage to always keep a good portion of my gains thought so that is the aim here with the pct.

When I woke up and my elbow was good to go I was relieved that I didnt permanently damage it seeings that I was working out with it strained for about 2 weeks. I knew it was game on and I counted my blessing with my elbow healing up fine. I mean if i would have messed it up that means I would no longer be able to do what im doing and that would just plain out SUCK. I dont even want to go there. Im taking it easy in the gym but the intensity is still there.

PCT Day 26 Review:
Worked out my legs something fierce today, but the funny thing was I forgot to do my calfs. This would the the first time that has happened. I figured I would just incorporate them in tomorrows work out. My strength was really good today which was a nice change of pace. At least I know ive made improvements on my legs along the way.

Im feeling really good thx! As of week 3 I started getting my libido back because during week 1 and 2 it was low. Im just about done with this log. Im going to carry it to day 30 then get then put up the final stats. I think im going to save my the Inhibit E for another cycle, just because im going to start my other cycle in May.

PCT Day 27 Review:
I was ready to get er done today but since its been 1 and a half weeks since I did my chest exercises, I felt my right tendon under my right armpit strain some. I had to take it a little easier than usuall. Also I figured today I would throw in some extra ab exercises just because I felt the need to. I felt decent in the gym today other than my back exercises I did yesterday felt sore today. My elbow is still doing good but after my bench presses I felt it aggrivate so its a little sore now but its not terrible like it was before I had to take a week off by any means. Im keeping my fingers X that it stays all good. All is good but again my strength is down and im trying to hang on to my gains with my diet..

Good log bro! One thing I have noticed with getting older is that i have really had to scale back on the poundages I was lifting and just make the exercises more intense by going into the higher rep ranges. I notice that i incur a lot less stain on my joints this way...

End Of PCT Review:
Well this would be my 4th completed log cycle on bb.com and today is officially my last day of pct for this cycle. Thus far I can say I feel like myself again and I have no regrets what so ever about this cycle. During this cycle I gained more weight, strength and endurance than any other previous cycle I have done. Its been a challenge to maintain the weight but I fluctuate between 226.5 lbs and 229.0 lbs. Ive noticed im alot hungrier these days so I eat like every 2 or 3 hours. Next week I plan on really cleaning up my diet so I can knock off some fat before my next cycle. I noticed a few weeks after I started my pct I started gaining some BF weight again this always happens when I come off a cycle but no real biggie.
As far as my strength and endurance is concerned, ive managed to keep some of my strength but the awesome boosts have subsided long ago(sometime in the 2nd week). The only problem with that was when I was on the boost I overstrained a few joints during this time just because of the extra weight and endurance I could lift. Its almost to easy to do which is no good.
Now im back to my self about 10 lbs heavier but im tougher, bigger and stronger.. My routines are not as intense as they once were while on the cycle but one thing im happy with is that I still keep my workout routines consistant.
It takes alot of time to get to where we would like to be but there are always those little positive changes that keep us going.
