my routine is in order, i dont do them in days of the week, i jsut do it in order and continue with it. and then re do it when i finish all of it.

ex.1 Chest/Bicep
ex.2 triceps/back
ex.3 Shoulder/calves
ex.4 quadriceps/hamstring
my diet is things that are rich in carbs/protein a little bit of fat.
Stopped eating high sugar foods like candy. eat one twice or once a week. stopped drinking soda, hardly do. i eat alot of steak at lunch with fries.
dinner is sometimes chicken wings, i take off the skin. or a grilled full chicken.
i have an issue in breakfast thou i dont have any ass to do a good breakfast sometimes i don't eat anything and i don't want to make any eggs cuz i start farting in school and i dont want that. i sometimes eat canned tuna randomly. i take a day off between excersices (Sometimes).my goal is to get really heavy but not unhealthy fat heavy. lol
