im looking for advice for the best shoulder workout, i need to build up my shoulders more than anything and im looking for any advice, thanks

Do lateral raises with dumbells. But heres the thing - pick a weight that you can do about 6-10 reps with but do these really slow up and slow coming down. Dont use momentum! do the set to failure. Also, I personally like machine shoulder presses. But same thing here - go really slow up and slow down. try this and you'll feel it the next day. hope i helped you.

2.) Focus on presses. Side laterals are difficult to add weight, and it really depends on genetics whether or not your shoulders will be big by the time you can do, say, the 40's. But there is no way you will have small shoulders if you are pressing, say, 225 +
