I'm 15 years old (male) and I'm 5'7 115, pretty scrawny, yeah. I've been working out with a friend for about a month at the local gym which has a good bit of equipment that we've been using.
My goal is to continue to gain muscle, but not look like a hulk or anything like that, just lean muscle, and hopefully get to around 140-150 pounds. I've been trying to do a routine, which is 5 days a week (each day after school for about 30 minutes), although I don't think it's top notch by any means, and honestly it was just using some random machines that pertained to the body part we were working that day (arms, legs, back, shoulders, then on friday bench)
I'd love to get some info on nutrition and maybe a basic routine I could follow, I'm not very experienced (obviously) at stuff like splits and all that, but I'm here to learn and all input is appreciated. I'm trying to keep it so I don't have to go on weekends, and I'll be able to do this any of the weekdays for up to 45 minutes, and for nutrition I've just been eating as much as I can really, trying to gain some pounds.
Thanks in advance for any help!
