ok so im currently in a clean bulk and decided to start one of these things to keep up with my training.

current 3RM's:
deadlift: 265x3
squat: 250x3
bench: 185x3

tomorrow is my off day, but i will pick up on this on monday when i do back.

today i did back: took my 3 servings of prime and n.o. shotgun + n.o. synthesize

pullups 3x6
tbar row 4x6-8
lat pulldowns 4x6-8
seated rows 3x10 superset with bent over lat pulldowns 3x10
deadlifts 3 x 10,8,6 heavy


took 2 scoops of whey and 2 scoops of peanut butter after.

chest tomorrow
