Bruns

Hello everyone. I am cutting for a show that is scheduled for March 4th, and I just had some blood work done. I just got my Blood Urea Nitrogen (BUN) test back and my level is at 32 while my creatinine leavels were normal. The normal range for the BUN is <20. Here's my diet:
-6 egg whites, 1/2 cup oatmeal
-6 oz tilapia, 1 cup broccoli (3X/day)
-50 g Protein shake (Post Workout and before bed)
- 1-1.5 gallons of water/day
-(I may have a spoonful of peanut butter a day for a quick snack)
-Supplements:
ON amino acids 2222 (1 in AM, 1 pre-w.o., 1 post-w.o., 1 before bed)
ON glutamine (1 in AM, 1 pre-w.o., 1 post w.o., 1 before bed)
Isopure whey protein (50 g post w.o., 50 g before bed)
Lipo 6 (First thing in AM, pre-w.o.)
Twinlab MCT Fuel (2 Tbsp 2x daily)
multivitamin (1 in AM)
fish oil (1 in AM)
The doctor thinks that it may be the glutamine, amino acids, and protein shakes that are leading to my elevated level, so she wants me to eliminate them from my diet and drink even more water (even though, for my body weight, she said I should be consuming 0.7 gallons of water)
I was planning on just eliminating the Pre-bedtime shake, pre-bedtime glutamine, and pre-bedtime amino acids, but I wanted to see if anyone on the forum had any input or was in the same scenario before I damage my kidneys or have kidney stones or something along those lines.
