June 1st, 2009.
On this date I shall be completely shredded and in the best condition in my life, as I have never been before. (I have never had a 6 pack, it's always been a 4. etc)
I'm currently:
17 years old. ( turned 17 on November 16th, 2008)
Height: 5' 8 1/2"
Weight: 200 lbs.
BF%: Currently Unknown, but I would say 11-12%

Supplements being taken: none. (I'm all natural :D)
I might drink green tea, although I hate the taste.
Green Tea, Water,a strict, clean diet and well placed Cardio will be my attack plan.
Diet:
Very little if any processed foods.
Absolutely no Junk food or soda. (candy, cookies etc)
High protein (eggs, milk (skim), tuna, meat etc)
Tons of water
Grapefruit
Peppers
Green tea
Veggies and fruits
My Workout will not really change,
Currently on a 5 day split.
-Chest
-Back
-Shoulders
-Arms
-Legs
I'll hopefully posting update photos every month or so.
I'm hoping to reach 215 lbs before March 1st, 2009. After that, will begin my ultimate cutting plan. leaving me a complete 3 months to get shredded.
I don't think it will be difficult, I have an extremely fast metabolism and a good work ethic imo.
