So Im starting my Gaspari brand cut today. Going to burn the spare tire in the next 30 days!! My roommate is doing the exact same program.
I have absolutley loved every Gaspari product I have used so I'm going to throw them all togather with Mitotropin for a great cut.
Some backround info: I have been lifting off and on since I was 15. I was never completly consistent. Three weeks on two off, one month on one off, three months on three off. I also took about two years off around 2003. I hovered around 185 pounds through those years until I took the time off. I eat horribly and got up to 225. The breaking point was when my girlfriend was like "your fat, start going to the gym".
So for the past 1.5 to 2 years I have been the most consistent I have ever been in regards to training. I learned about a year ago everything I have ever done in the gym has been wrong. I never started or worked compound exercises. Never Squated, Deadlifted, or rarely Benched. Over the past year I have started from scratch. My workouts have been centered on the big three, as well as BB rows, and Military Presses. I am now up to Benching 225 3 sets of 5, Squating 245 3 x 5, and Deadlifting 300 3 x 5. This is huge for me!!
What I need more consistency in is Nutrition. I only now realize how importent it truly is. I was a normal kid until 3rd grade when being an only child led me to getting whatever I wanted. I turned into a picky eater and pretty much only eat Fast Food, Pizza, chicken nuggets etc... I was never forced to eat right so I became a pretty fat kid. Once I went through my teenage years I evened out because of my height as well as eating alot better. Though I looked lean, I was never truley lean. I always had pudge around my waist line and chest. This has been one of the biggest iritents in my life, seariously!
We have been going to Miami every year in March for the past 3 years, so last year I tried cutting off some excess weight beforehand. I got down to 203 but still had some pudge. This year I want to get rid of all of it!
Over football season I got off track from tailgating at Skins games every Sunday. I have discoverd I am very carb sensitive. When I start eating breads and such, I start adding to the tire quickly. The extra fat I have has been an issue for me. I want alot more mass obviously, but when I tried to eat above my maitenece I could feel the fat adding on aswell as the muscle. I could never finish because this drove me crazy. My plan is to cut as much fat as I can then build mass when muscle will have a head start.
So on to my Gaspari cut. I have been using Size on and Superpump often over the past year. I love it. I can fell a 20% difference in strenth and endurance on Size on. Superpump helps keep me vary focused at the gym. I also took plasma jet once and felt it added to the power of superpump. I have been on novedex for the past 4 weeks and combined with squats, I feel a difference in Test levels. I seriously think about sex every 2.5 minuets now. LOL
I am going to follow the exercise and diet plan of Mitotropin to a T. The supplements I will be using on this cut will be:

Myofusion ( the first 16 days )

Novedex XT
Fish Oil
Multi Vitamin

10am: So far today I feel great. I am used to eating a big brekfest so I am normally very hungry when I get up. After I ran I was starving but once I sat down to eat I really had to force myself to eat. The appetite suppresion definetly works. Now that I am at work writing this I feel like my whole body is on fire, putting down the water is easy. I also feel like I downed 4 cups of coffee but with out the cracked out feeling to much caffine gives you. I will post udates, pics, and my workout later tonight.
PS. I already purchased this stack when gaspari came out with this new Mito contest. If you guys think I did a good job at the end, you are more then welcome to throw in some free products for me since my roommate and I spent a good amount on this stack :).
I have a couple questions for anyone who is interested.
1) I just got a free tub of Animal Cuts 30 day supply from a coworker who left the company. Should I use these now? Or wait till the stack is over?
2) Is their any advice from the Gaspari reps that you think could improve my program?
3) How do you spell check when posting? lol
4) Once I get pics up could someone tell me what body fat you think I am? Im probably low 20's. All my fat is in my waist and chest though, so I dont know.
