Hey there,
I have been doing squats and running and lunging, but i dont see much of a difference in my legs at all. Is there anything anyone could suggest to get a lean muscular leg?

To build mass, focus more on heavy squats, leg press, and deads. Shank things up a bit from time to time with hacks, extensions, and lunges. Forget the running if you want to build bigger legs.

I agree with Ms Fit here, but If you want to loose fat on your legs you will just have to change your diet to a more clean diet with no junkfood, sugars and so on.

You will not only loose fat on your legs but will generally get a leaner body. With me, the legs are the last to get inshape when dieting..

I swear by squats, so I always do them. I think they shape the legs brilliantly, hamstrings and butt too! Lunges and stepups also help, but not if you want nice shape in your legs. Follow Ms Fit's workout advice and keep to a clean diet and you will see results!

I started doing 20 rep squats and holy **** you wouldn't believe the difference it made. I used to do leg extensions and leg presses.
