Monday. chest-1 hour, triceps- 30 mins

Wednesday. biceps-45 mins, abs- 40 mins

Friday. shoulders- 45 mins, upper back- 45 mins

this is just a what i will do in the average week, i will do about 3-4 different excercises on the body part in question and do 5-6 sets of 10-15 reps, is what im doing enough?

seems good to me but do you actually work 30 minutes on a body part...?

It doesn't matter how long it takes as long as your comfortable with

and

what are you goals that would help a lot of people?
