Age: 16
BF%: ~13-16%
Stats: 5'5'' ~130lbs

Goals
Gain as much strength as possible.
Get rid of excess fat and gain LBM
Double my Squat, Bench, Deadlift

Routine
Right now I'm in the middle of wrestling season so I'm doing a full-body workout 3x a week. However once the season ends I will either go into a power lifting routine or a tradition 3 or 4 day split.

Cardio
I will be getting enough cardio through the rigorous wrestling practices but when the season is over I will try to get in some running 2-3x a week.

Multivitamin
Fish Oil

Comments:Decent session. Bench strength was a little down cuz I went for more sets. Was really tired today from practice and have a huge match on Saturday against 3 other teams. Everythings so stressful now with school, sports, and like SAT/ACT crap... I'll try to get to everyone's journal later tonight.

hmmm the teen section stinks :(
If it takes too much time to maintain 2 journals I'll just stick with my regular one.

Comments INTENSITY WAS AWESOME!!! Fired through the workout and I also added the Incline BB. Those felt really good and those numbers will be going up soon! I don't think I sweated this much in a long time during my workouts. Feel good!
