Guys, ive been slacking a bit in recent weeks
Im down to 175 and not happy with my progress
Goal is to hit 200 by march first, then cut to ~190
I weight 175 now.
If I come up short of 200, i wont cut untill i weight 190, however long that takes.
Lifting 3-5 days a week
Mon: Chest
Tue: Legs/Cardio
Wed: Shoulders
Thu: Abs/Cardio
Fri : Back
At least 3000 Cals a day, usually in the 4000-5000 range
At least 200g protein,
Supps: are Whey, Creatine Mono, Multi, Fish Oil
Measurements are taken cold, right after waking up.
Arms: 15"
Legs: 24-25"
Chest exhaled is 38"
Dont have an updated leg pic,
Upper body pics up in bodyspace, attachments aren't working now?
