My first log and pretty much post so any help or tips would be helpfull.

Worked on chest and biceps tonight. Was going to do shoulder but they hurt too bad from work so didn't want to push the pain. Took 12 caps on an empty stomach 30min before workout. Warmed up with a 5min jog to get the blood pumping and a few pull ups. (What I mean by the x25 is that I do 5 sets and 5 reps per set.)

Skimped on the biceps as I am still battling a wrist injury. I really didnt have a pump or crazy vascularity but I felt incredibly focused and mentaly strong. The first few things I did were a little rough but as I did more exercises they became easier and easier. Felt very intune with the muscles and had an overall good feeling. After I finished what I would normaly do I decieded to try the bench before I left and It was stupid how smooth and easy I put up the weight after all I did. Definately going to have to up the weight on wednesday. I like how I am not jittery or wired as i would feel from pre-workout powders, just intune. Also my arms didn't feel tight at all throughout the workout which was nice since I still could get the full range of motion. Maybe next time with a heavier weight they will. Definately could feel it, so far I like it.

Pump is not being enhanced at all? What's your daily meal plan look like? Carbs will greatly enhance your pump - maybe you need a little more in your diet.

Heading off to the gym. Thanks for the tip on the carbs already feeling a pump and haven't even picked up a weight yet.

Felt amazing today. Good pump and veins were poping like a mad man. Still loving it. If anyone can tell me how to measure arms that would be great, cause I don't know if I am doing it the right way.

If anyone is wondering why I don't do legs I do. I just don't log it since I run, bike and do light squats with light deadlifts. Not looking for huge legs as I want to keep my weight down since my goal is to bench twice my weight. I don't have big legs, just riped and rock hard.

Worked out biceps and shoulders today. 12 caps 20min before. 10min on the stair climber since it was -20 degrees had to warm up a little more. Felt super tired today didn't even want to work out. First few reps sucked balls was sore all over. Then I just got really angry since I was denied fincial aid for school today. Wasn't tired anymore after that and just blasted through everything. I don't even remeber what I did I was going non stop. Just curls and shoulder lifts like a madman. Felit extremly focused, pump was crazy, basicaly did what the bottle says. This product continues to amaze me on its effectiveness since everything I have taken I build a tolerance too very quickly. Defintaly going to pick another bottle up after a little "de-tolerant" time.
