hey guys im going to be starting another round of the madcow 5x5 linear version workout, heres the link,

ima start off with stats:
im only 15 years old
im 6 foot 2 inches
weigh 137 lbs
been lifting for a little over a year now
i play basketball, baseball, and golf

my biggest goal is to gain weight and strength and 5x5 is the perfect routine for that!

around august i started with this routine and made some good gains than they started slowing down so i switched for a month and now im back to 5x5 again

5RM's

PARALLEL BOX SQUAT: 140 lbs

FLAT BARBELL BENCH PRESS: 110 lbs

DEADLIFT: 145 lbs

BARBELL ROW: 85 lbs

if theres anything else you need to know just ask

i am about 3 weeks into so i will post my last workout and go from there

SUNDAY JANUARY 4TH - DAY 7 WEEK 3

SQUAT:
45 lbs x 5
75 lbs x 5
95 lbs x 5
120 lbs x 5
130 lbs x 5
PRETTY EASY...its gunna start getting hard to keep my knees in

BENCH:
45 lbs x 5
65 lbs x 5
80 lbs x 5
90 lbs x 5
100 lbs x 5
EASY

ROW:
45 lbs x 5
55 lbs x 5
65 lbs x 5
70 lbs x 5
75 lbs x 5
PRETTY EASY

squat:170 lbs
deadlift:170 lbs
bench:130 lbs

6 months:
squat:200 lbs
deadlift:200 lbs
bench:150 lbs

1 year:
squat:270 lbs
deadlift:270 lbs
bench:200 lbs

i workout again tomorrow!
