I may have had some trouble in 08 and had a tendency to just not try or even care, but I've got to change because if I can't improve my work ethic this year, there is a good chance that next year during my first semester of college, I'll be way in over my head.

Solid workout, those front squats are feeling great, my goal is to maintain solid form and to increase my strength alot on lifts like fronts, rdl's, skullcrushers, incline bench and pullups!
