Im enlisting in the army shortly... active duty... couple MOS's are up in the air at the moment... this is just to log my progress as i go from a football players body to a soldier... and all the **** i do along the way...

Height: 6'2"
Weight: 207lbs
BF%: around 20%

Lifts:
Bench: 275lbs
Squat: 255lbs x 3 atg
Deadlift: 310lbs x 8

thats all im really using as maxes right now, and as benchmarks... its sad that i lost a lot of strength when i pledged to a frat and went through a semester of college.

Im going to continue lifting as heavy as possible, find a diet that works for me, plenty of cardio/calisthetics... ive done successful cuts before so just going about it how it worked before...

Monday will be ME upper
Tuesday DE Lower
Wednesday off
Thursday DE upper
Friday ME lower
Weekends rest and cardio

actual workouts will be shown when i do them

Switching **** up kinda from ME upper, then lower, and so on... today is chest/tris


Bench press:
work up to a 3 rep max

CG Bench:
3x5

Skullcrushers
3x5

Lying overhead tricep extensions
3x6

Dumbell Flyes
5x5

Dips:
3x failure

Pushups:
3x failure
