Well, its about that time again. I started my pre contest diet regiment once again. The last show i did I place 1st in the med hgt class and came in second in the overall for the 3rd time. I am 5'10 200 pds right now, and have 11 weeks to get ready for another shot at my pro card. I plan on doing the March show and one on April 11th and also June 12th. I feel a little bigger so if I can come in about 185 for this comp I believe I should be alright. The pictue on my profile I was 178. I will keep everyone posted. Eating totally clean cardio 30min x 4 a week for the next two. Lifting 5 days a week.
