heres my journal which i hopefully can keep up with for 3 months of keto. through the 3 months i hope to add some lean mass and lose some body fat. here are my current stats
age: 13
weight: 170
height: 5'8
bodyfat: about 18
ok alot of you are probably going to say stuff about i should be bulking at my weight, keto isnt safe, and stuff along those lines but could we please keep all comments positive
and here are my maxes
bench: 160
squat: 225
deadlift: 255
i will try to keep this updated every day with my workout/ diet
i will rep for all constructive comments and sub's

day one
today was my first day after a carb-up and i didnt really feel hungry at all during the day and seriously under ate.
my daily macros were
fat 82.1 (63%)
carbs 9.5 (3%)
protein 96.9 (34%)
calories 1156
tomorrow hopefully i will get my hunger back because wow is all i can say about my appetite.

im starting a russian powerlifting routine for benching squatting on monday so i'm taking it easy on lifting for the next couple of days. i also did not do any cardio because of a leg injury but hopefully i will be able to do cardio again in a couple of days

yes im doing a keto cut and the secnd part
are you telling me i have a crappy bench? lol i already know that but i've only been lifting a year brah
