I figured I wouldn't stick to a diet until I had some motivation (like being lean isn't enough) So I decided to do a show. I also think Derek is getting sick of all my emails, so I'll let him browse at his leisure. I probably won't post pics until I hit the stage. Anyhoo...Here was today's leg day.....

We will see what Sunday brings. Derek dropped my calories (at my request) because of a few indiscretions over Christmas. I think I may over compensated too much. Down about 6 since the cut last week! I think I thought I may have eaten more than I did. I guess I will find out Monday!

Currently on Cut 2000.

Probably back on 2500 or 2250 come Monday.

1) By not leaning forward on the laterals, you minimize the involvement of the other delt heads so you can focus on the medial head of the delt. Sp I'd start doing them a little straighter...like this: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/videos/2005/sidelateralraise.wvx - but bent arms

This movement must is also more effective with bent arms to take stress OFF of the foremarms and the shoulder joint...

Look up: L-LATERAL RAISE (yes, there's an L before the word lateral)...start doing these. GREAT for delts and rotator cuff!!

2) Cliffs = I did legs yesterday, taught spinning today, and am doing legs tomorrow. That's prety much it ;)

Happy Friday! I just did a "drive by" back workout today. I put almost 600 miles on the Coke truck today, so I didn't have a lot of patience for the newbies in the gym. Add to that two sick little girls at the house. No cardio today (couldn't if I wanted, all the machines were being used!)

Cardio only is all that is planned for the weekend.

Having a boring routine makes things SO much easier because it just becomes a natural ritual :)

Not on BB.com

There are 2 guys on this board http://prrsguru.proboards.com/

One of them is FitIron, which I think everyone knows and the other guy's screen name is Rantorcha. They have logs on this board.

There are 2 girls on that board doing the show too (Figure).

Well I'm back to posting.....been gone a little while.

The split has changed a little.

Back and Bi's today. Rep range. 45 minutes of Treadmill.

Weight was down to 217 this morning for weigh in.

Currently on CUT 1750. Hopefully I will hit this number today. I have been having some cravings lately and being off from work and near the pantry doesn't help. I am going to try and keep myself busy today and stay away from food.

I'm looking at around 18 or so lbs left to lose by June.

Other than being hungry all the time???? I joined a new gym about a month or so ago. That has been the best move ever for me. The place is state of the art and there are never more than about 5 people there when I go. No waiting and a lot of giant and super sets getting done. The scale isn't moving as fast as it was before, but I can see changes everyday. I just wish some of the fat loss in the upper body would trickle down to the waist. The waist is coming down, but not fast enough!!!!! I'm doing everything I can.

Hammered legs today.
Leg press 6 sets (last set 720/12)
HS single leg squats
seated leg curls

40 minutes cycle. 130 bpm

Short and sweet. Legs don't need as much work as the upper body.
My workouts are really about a little stimulation and a lot of calorie burning.
