so this is going to be my log today im getting my diet plan straitened out and should start on ripptoes tomorow will add my current lifts and diet once iv finished

(either post workout or be4 bed havnt decided)
i will also be doing cardio once a week on those days i wil also add in another
drink of cytogainer make up for the calories

soo this any good...???? ooh for the 25-50-25 thing when i did it i was sapose to end up with

ok so i started ripptoes today
squat
3x5 at 120 pounds
bench
3x5 at 100 pounds
deadlifts
1x5 125 pounds
and i havnt completly got all my diet food so this is what i had
oats 2/3 cups milk w/cin1tbs sugar
a pb&j
2 6 oz chicken breast
2 hamburger patties
4 cups milk

well i got sick last night and slept mosty of today.... didnt get all my food in somewere around 2000 cals
but tomorow im going to store going to get all my diet food and ill be good

i dont lift untill tomorow but went to store today got all my bulk food soo ill be good next week or soo...
i also have tennis tomorow so im going to bring some
snickers marathon bars for the extra calories and maybe some beef jerky
well thats about it today ive eating about 1900 cals maybe a lil more and its about 1:00 so im doing pretty good
