Something along these lines..

Day 1 - Chest/Tricep
Day 2 - Back/Bi
Day 3 - Shoulders/abs
Day 4 - Rest
Day 5 - Chest/Tri
Day 6 - Back/bi
Day 7 - Shoulders/abs
Day 8 - Rest then repeat

I focus on compounds and do large muscles before small. Legs cannot be worked due to recent surgery.

Large muscle groups: 12 sets of 6-10 reps
Small muscle groups : 6-8 sets of 6-10 reps

Goal: Size

Height: 5'8
Weight: 145
Age: 17

I only have dumbells, a bench and barbell to work with. So my excercises are primarily barbell bench press, deadlifts, military press, barbell curl, close tricep ext. You get the picture.

How does this look?

Day 1 - Chest/Tricep
Day 2 - Back/Bi
Day 3 - Shoulders/abs
Day 4 - Rest and repeat

Legs cannot be worked due to recent surgery.

Otherwise, it's a solid generic split that works for lots of people so there's nothing wrong with how you've split body parts. Set/rep scheme looks decent enough.

Good luck.
