soo its new years and i decided to kick it off with a log. im 6'2.5 exactly and weight 214 after my morning piss. im at 20ish% bf and trying to change that big time. my bench max is 145, my squat max is 250 and my deadlift max is 225(grip sucks). im still iffy on routines because my goal is to be a powerlifter. i was considering rippetoes but my squat noob gains are slowing. i was considering maddcows but my bench is still weak. i like the simple powerbased routine but i like squatting more then once a week. ill have my final decision starting tomorrow. i take creatine, whey, purple wraath, zma and a multi. time to move some weight! :)

ok no gym today cause i woke up early and had to spend the day at my grandmas, i decided to go back to basics for a few weeks and stick with rippetoes, the only difference is im switching up rows with hang cleans.

well it was a good day for squats, bad day for everything else.

squats(bench under my ass soo every rep is parallel):

235x5(still easy soo i took it one step further)
255x5(personal record!!!!)
